Very pleased with the service Paul did for me. He informed me when he was on his way and turned up on time. After servicing boiler I asked him to check a radiator which wasn't working. It turned out to be a thermostat pin which had got stuck. There wasn't a lot of room to manoeuvre but he managed to free pin and also bled radiator. Works great now.

Kindred Heating replaced my boiler today (within 24hrs of first contacting them after boiler broke!!) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly professional throughout the entire day. They kept me informed at each stage, explained everything clearly once the installation was complete, and left the space spotless — you’d never know a full boiler replacement had taken place.
Despite my very enthusiastic dog “supervising” their every move, the engineers were patient, friendly and completely unfazed. They navigated the situation with good humour and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Your engineer arrived at the allotted time and serviced the boiler. He was friendly and also answered any questions I happened to have.
I shall definitely be using Kindred Heating for my next service, and would be happy to pass their details on to any of my friends.

We had a leak from the boiler on a Sunday, even though the guys dont work weekends we received a phone asking could they come round the next day.
Came round about lunch time, our fault we forgot about our boiler service and they even did that as well.
Unfortunately another leak to show up an they came back out an fixed the problem.

brilliant company across the board! professional, polite, tidy, fast, quality workmanship. left the house cleaner than when they arrived! great customer service and great pricing. literally top in every way. couldn't recommend highly enough. never pushy or 'salesey'. really helpful and informartive, they explained a lot to me about heating in general and I chose the boiler I felt was right, not one that was pushed on me. a new boiler is a major investment and will massively affect your home comfort for years and years, so it's essential to get it right and done to the best possible standards by the best possible people. these lads are excactly that.
