We are so impressed with this company who removed loft and cupboard tanks, removed our old boiler and installed a new one, and replaced radiator caps. They were incredibly neat, tidy, hardworking and efficient and all the piping etc has been installed and finished to a high standard with minimal disruption. If we could give more than five stars we would - Robin and team were so helpful and friendly at a very reasonable price. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was operating correctly and we were satisfied with the outcome. Excellent service which can’t be faulted.

I'm a bit late writing this review, had the work done a couple of weeks back.
Anyway, had some extensive work done in the loft, boiler, water tank removal, hot water tank removal, pipe work and a couple of new radiators.
I would like to rate them higher if I could!
July 8th and 9th a couple of the hottest days of the year.
Arrived on time and just got on with it, must have been really uncomfortable up in the loft and the cupboard under the stairs.
Anyway, they have done a really great job, everything working, tidy and professional and we have a load more storage space.

I had a leak in the bathroom and although Paul was working he promised to come as soon as he could . He arrived about midday and promptly fixed it. Clean, tidy, polite and professional. Price fair. I would recommend. What more can I say?

Brilliant service!
We asked for a second opinion for our combi boiler as a previous service didn’t solve/identify the issue
Robin sorted 2 problems, a leaking pipe and a fault with our combi boiler
Pipe was fixed and new heat exchanger fitted quickly and efficiently
We were given full explanation throughout about what was wrong, what was needed and great advice going forwards
Our boiler is fixed, working better than it has for years

100% reliable, trustworthy, excellent communication from Robin and his team. My father was without heating and they prioritised him in the cold weather and gave me clear instructions about what was required to get gas connected to his property along with their timeframes. They worked so hard and he kept me updated at all times on the works undertaken and my father is absolutely delighted with the system they’ve installed and has never been so warm and good to know there is a 10 year warranty. We are truly grateful for Robin and his hardworking team for the quick installation, clear communication and punctual timeframes and quality of work provided. We didn’t bother getting quotes from elsewhere as he seemed competitive and most of all feel they are an honest company helping those in need.
