Great experience
I enjoyed visiting King showroom. Great selections of home furniture made in Australia. I was looking for a sofa bed. Sandy , sales lady , was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. She helped me find the model and fabric. I made a purchase in less than an hour. Now I am impatiently waiting to receive my sofa bed.

Lors de ma première visite, je comptais aller voir d’autres magasins de meubles, car je ne connaissais pas encore King Living. En me stationnant, j’ai vu la boutique et j’ai décidé d’entrer.
J’ai été accueillie par Prescillia, qui m’a fait visiter le magasin avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Après avoir essayé presque tous les meubles, j’étais déjà conquise. Je suis quand même allée voir ce que les compétiteurs offraient, mais j’ai vite réalisé qu’il n’y avait tout simplement rien de comparable dans cette fourchette de prix.
Lors de ma deuxième visite, qui a duré tout l’après-midi, Prescillia m’a aidée à choisir tout ce dont j’avais besoin pour ma nouvelle maison. J’ai vraiment hâte de vivre dans le décor créé par King Living et son équipe de designers.
On my first visit, I was planning to go to other furniture stores because I did not know King Living yet. As I parked, I saw the store and decided to go in.
I was welcomed by Prescillia, who showed me around the store with great enthusiasm. After trying almost everything, I was already won over. I still went to see what other stores had to offer, but I quickly realized that there was simply nothing comparable in this price range.
On my second visit, which lasted the whole afternoon, Prescillia helped me choose everything I needed for my new home. I am really looking forward to living in the space created by King Living and its design team

Online order denying UK consumer legislation rights
This experience is with Australian head office customer service.
Delivered our modular sofa with no joiners, so have had to hold it together with tape. Got to almost 30 days of being held together with tape, so rejected the sofa in line with our consumer rights here in the UK (and King Living’s own terms and conditions). Have been emailing customer service (based in Australia) for weeks trying to get them to collect the incomplete sofa and refund us. Continually refusing. They have over £3,000 of our money and we can’t buy a replacement sofa from another company until they refund us. We are having to sit on beanbags while we wait for our money back as we can’t afford a replacement sofa until they refund us. Beyond appalling. How can they deliver a £1,500+ sofa with no joiners and expect us to be fine with it?

We were greeted at the door, no pushy service, when we had questions some one was available right away and we ended up getting fantastic, kind and very knowlagable help from Tony. We took samples home to see fabric colors and to take measurements and went back two days later to buy our couch from Tony as we really appreciated all the fantastic and professional customer service.

Legs were changed to a different style…
06/29/2026: (Update) King Living has taken my previous issue very seriously and made several attempts to contact me, despite them calling from Australia and I being in Vancouver, Canada. I am changing my review to 5 star as their customer service has now been great. They are working on a fix to the legs, and have offered several solutions. They have also admitted that the legs have been updated to a new design that is different, and though the new leg design doesn't look quite as nice, I am looking forward to having the black plastic marking issue fixed, so that we can get back to enjoying our patio set.
07/06/2026: Legs were changed to a different style on the plateau series patio furniture that we got. Also the new feet mark up our deck (we have a PVC deck) as they have cheap black marking plastic on the very bottom. Contacted customer service and they told me that I was wrong and the feet are not different (the difference can clearly been seen in photos), and that the cheap black plastic was not their problem... I'm not impressed.
