Didn't receive the trainers. Royal mail said they delivered and signed for they wasn't no trainers!!!!!!!! No refund !!!!!!!!

Response was always delayed came with a silver mark on them couldn’t open link to return but really not impressed with them ! Told all Nike have defects but according to emails I had sent to regarding this mark that was a bad mark and they should have done more to help as a company . Just felt were way overpriced compared to other shops then to arrive like that was gutting

Helpful when needed and gave regular updates for dispatch and delivery

Amazing! Arrived on time, Fast delivery and exactly how I expected it to be. I have recommended them to my friends and family too.

The trainers I had been sent was very disheartening. The quality of the trainers almost looked like a dupe. The stitching was very off and the base of the trainers was hardly sowed on properly. I used the online returns portal which was easy to use as I uploaded photos of the trainers too. However it was in the review stage for almost a week where I found myself chasing the company to process a returns label. It’s all sorted and returned now let’s see how long it will take for me to have my money returned. After all the research I did I thought king of kicks would be a good try however it’s been a eye opener I would never order trainers online again I’d rather go in person to kick game or selfridges/Harrods. The only good thing I can say is the delivery time was on point.

UPDATED or shall I say amended. After all of the above I had a phone call from a guy apologising for the trainers I got sent which is fair and thank you for the call - he mentioned the shoes get verified via Nike. The shoe I got sent was not Nike material it was like it was ordered on aliexpress. After telling him this he said he will process a refund. And also added that if I could amend the review I left here. The review I left here was a true reflection of how I felt and was dealt with. This is how you better yourself and company. This doesn’t end here though. I had a further email from LUCY asking if I would like a refund or a replacement. And how she received the trainers I sent back to them. I asked for a full refund not to mention LUCY was also pressing me to amend the review which I deliberately ignored because what am I changing? Why should I lie? I then had to chase my bank for the refund as this refund was taking its sweet time only to get a email today confirming the refund was initiated a whole 8 days later after they confirmed they received the trainers. This is where it gets funny.. this company had the audacity to not refund me the postage fee. Not even for a oh I’m sorry you experienced this blah blah. I basically paid £5.99 for a disservice. And the cheek to ask for me to amend my review like they did me a favor? Dodgy company I will not recommend or buy from here again. Now take my HONEST feedback and work on it. And stop selling fake trainers claiming they’re authentic when they are not!

Very fast delivery. ‘Travis’ laces were a nice colour and great quality. Fantastic price, made cheaper by their rewards system. Happy to buy from this company again.

There was a slight delay in shipping which I have no major issue with, but I thought it would have been helpful if I'd been notified of this prior to placing my order or just afterwards. The customer service team responded quickly when I sent a chaser, however they were a bit defensive when I was only asking a polite question and giving constructive feedback. Honestly this just puts me off re-ordering.

After a slight hiccup king of kicks dealt with the issue really quickly and professionally. Great customer service will be using again

I am not good with IT, and not very confident buying on line. Managed to complete purchase but struggled with making payment. Item arrived fairly quickly.
