I wouldn’t necessarily give a bad review but I also wouldn’t give a good review. I wanted the shoes for a specific day so I contacted them to ensure it would arrive before then which they confirmed. I ordered some shoes before 2pm and was told it would be dispatched the same day. By day 3 the shoes still hadn’t been dispatched. I contacted customer service numerous times to ask why and when they would be dispatched and was just told there was a delay, with no actual timescale for delivery. I requested to cancel the order for a refund and ordered from elsewhere who shipped the same day and I now have my order, i received the cancellation email and notification of the refund being processed the following day (after sending another email) I must admit the customer service was very slow at times as well as quite abrupt and rude. I probably wouldn’t buy from here ever again. I’d recommend you update your shipping policy so that it makes sense as it currently says orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm but it also says orders will be shipped within 48 hours, which doesn’t make any sense at all.

Speedy delivery, authentic trainers only only let down you just get trainers in a box no tissue layered inside nothing wrapped how you see it in there promotions and adverts don’t don’t just do it for the camera

Arrived quickly, and in great condition. Very happy customer.

I sent my order back 12 days ago and still haven’t got my refunded I’m not happy with this serviced and would like to see my money in my account by Friday.

If I could give less stars, I would.

Ordered trainers for a Christmas present, they were too small for the recipient so I asked to return them. They accepted this and sent a returns label.

As I had broke my wrist and tore a ligament in my knee due to an accident, I was unable to do this myself so had someone else do it for me. This was done Friday 13th January and I then went on holidays. While I was away I had a message that they refused my return as it was received after 14th January. I asked the local corner shop who dealt with my return and they advised they had to wait for Royal Mail to collect the parcels from them due to strikes which was the cause of the delay.

I explained this to the company but they simply didn’t care, telling me I can’t get a refund and now I need to pay £10 to get the item returned back to me. This was 18th January.

I’ve asked to see where it states this on the website and explained that I HAD returned the item before the 14th January and the delay wasn’t my fault, but they didn’t want to hear and failed to provide their policies and procedures outlining this.

I contacted my bank and sent all the correspondence to aid their investigation, in the hope my bank would confirm a chargeback.

I’ve been emailed since ( 5 WEEKS AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE ITEM, KEPT IT & REFUSED TO REFUND ME) demanding I pay £7.50 (a £2.50 reduction since 18th January!) to cover the cost of them posting the trainers back to me. Trainers they were well informed I didn’t want; bizarre! They have also emailed me telling me I am abusing their returns process and outlining to me how I am being unfair and I should be lenient as they are a small business along with a number of other alarming and concerning statements. Zero customer care and customer service.

In short - avoid! You will find it extremely difficult to get your money back from this company and they will endeavour to try and more money from you and try and make you feel for them as a small business. I’d never buy from them again - plenty of other legitimate companies that offer the same items with better service - Kick Game, Laced, Double Boxed etc

Initially I paid £400 for trainers I returned to this company, and they refused to return them to me without me paying them more money and refused a refund. They were quite happy to take £400 of my money for nothing in return.

I’m not interested in a reply from the company - all they do is argue and then say “I’m not trying to deliberately upset you”… ironic, really.

Since I posted this review, I received a phone call from James asking me to remove my review (take note of another review on here where someone has said the exact same thing!) and my bank have contacted me and said they fully agree with me and have refunded me the money in full. Since this, and in the space of 2 short weeks I have had 7 threatening emails (threats they will go to the police, pleading with me to reply, telling me how disappointed they are that my bank agreed with me after they allege they “did so much to help me”, telling me again how they are a small business..) in addition to a text message and 5 phone calls. All this while I am currently on holiday for what would have been my late mother’s birthday.

Enough is enough - consumers have a right, and all I have done is exercise my rights. It’s most unfortunate James & Lucy know little about consumer protection legislation but I would indeed suggest they ensure they are compliant in future. As for reporting me to TrustPilot - a touch desperate given this is an honest truthful review with evidence to back up everything I have said. And as for reporting me to the police - they too can and will be reported the same, for harassment. Lucy and James were upset my bank agreed with me and refunded my money, when they tried to enforce a farcical and badly worded ‘return procedure’. Doesn’t look great, really.

Just want to be clear as James and Lucy obviously aren’t understanding - I am not claiming for an order I have received - this is a complete fabrication from their side. I raised a chargeback, legally and as I am entitled to, to receive a refund for an item I returned to the merchant which they received but failed to do anything with for over 5 weeks, despite receiving it back. They claim to have sent the item back to me - after a demanding spurious amounts of money to send the unwanted item back to me, AFTER I raised a chargeback and this process was already in motion with my bank. The chargeback was initiated back in January, they allege to have sent the unwanted trainers to me end of Feb/beginning of March!!! To call me fraudulent is nothing short of a defamation of character.

In my opinion, this company screams cash flow issues, and is evidently desperate for £400!!!

Save your money, shop with a decent company.
