The frustration this agency has brought to us during this move was tremendous. I apparenlty had to hop from people to people to people to get the process finished.

Their emails are full of spelling mistakes and unclear, so better check your contract carefully or they might spell your name wrong. Please hire someone who passed their GCSE. And if you want to talk to them, you may want to send an email ahead to make sure they are in the office, cus they are never in the office, let alone reply to your emails.

They have left us with basically no time to finish the process, which has imposed us with unmeasurebale stress. Their reference system is buggy and keeps asking you for the same information. Not sure if the reference system is their own or outsourced but it is highly inefficient, incredibly slow and ask you for more information than you would imagine. Even more than when you apply for the mortgage.

I will be leaving this property the moment this lease is finished thanks to them. Landlord, if you are reading this, you might want to consider switching an agency. Cus your property is amazing and they are managing it like those clowns in 10 Downing street.

Kingsdene (and the company from which they demerged) have been my letting agents since 2010, without any change in personnel looking after me. I have several letting agents for my other properties around the UK, but Kingsdene are better than all of the others. .All tenancy changes have had negligible void periods since Kingsdene find replacement tenants amazingly quickly

Thankfully I have now left, but I will not rent with this company in Leeds again. The lack of basic respect & communication is shocking. Keeping this short, if you want a place where the property manager, Sam W, is rude and ignores your emails regarding repairs and other concerns, rent with Kingsdene in Leeds.

I have been in contact with Faye throughout the month, she has been extremely helpful with the whole process. She answered every question I had and made the whole thing way easier for me as a student. Very nice staff. 10/10 would recommend.

We have had really good experience with Kingsdene. From start to finish everything has been smooth and efficiently dealt with. Edite Prats has been especially helpful in sorting out the end of tenancy matters. Will deal with Kingsdene in the future as well.

NIGHTMARE MOVE.

Awful, rude staff, awful communication. The worst service I have ever received moving into a flat having used agencies for flats in London, Bristol and Cardiff this is by far the WORST EXPEREINCE I have ever had with moving house. Made the whole move a nightmare.
