We had a great experience overall with Kingsdene over the course of three years. Mainly as our appointed property manager, Catherine Payne, was so amazing. She ensured all our needs were catered to throughout our time with Kingsdene, and t made our moving-out process as seamless as possible.

This review is for the Leeds branch. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience with this letting agent as the other reviewers. They were very unprofessional and incompetent throughout my tenancy, especially when it came to communication and repairs. 

When I first moved into the property, they claimed that the property was 'deep cleaned', but it was not. There was a hole in the floor, mould in the shower and the cupboards were greasy. Do not get me started about the walls...

Trying to get someone to come look at something that needed repairing was a HEADACHE. They would simply ignore your emails and calls weeks and months on end, but hassle you if there was a slight payment issue which was a fault of THEIR OWN. It's fair enough that all they want is your money, but have the decency to communicate with your tenants, especially while they are paying you.

I personally do not recommend these guys. Will never consider renting or even buying a home with them. They need to know how to speak to people and remember that basic respect towards others is very important!

Seems like basic customer service training is needed for them, especially for the managers.

Josh and the team made our experience very enjoyable and run smoothly. Always happy to help with any query or request we had and always gave us a great service. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Sam and the Kingsdene team were great to work with during my tenancy and were excellent during my end-of-tenancy process. I would definitely recommend working with them.

Isabelle was so professional and fast at replies and made the process so easy and made it run so smoothly.

Kingsdene Property, formerly known as JLL, has been my letting & managing agent for a unit in Media City since 2011, over 12 years, as I was residing outside Manchester. Kingsdene staffs are responsive and professional. The whole letting process was smooth. Quick to find suitable tenant. But would appreciate if they can advise the landlord beforehand to prepare all supporting documents to facilitate the background check. In short, happy with the service.
