Eizo 2450 monitor
The monitor was delivered as scheduled. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Setting it up took 5 mins and the build quality was excellent - very sturdy.
It's a great looking monitor and the graphics are even better. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one and will certainly use Kingsfield again.
Great price as well!

Ordered a pair Sanus Stand
Ordered a pair Sanus Stand, and they gave me a 5 days delivery time. I needed it urgently for a party we'd organised. On the 4th day I called them and they informed that these are not in the stock and will be back in stock in about 2 weeks when the order would be dispatched , there was no email sent to me informing that the product was out of stock and the money was taken without informing this.
I'd to then cancel the order, to be fair that was done pretty quickly and the lady on phone also refunded the money quickly.
But then I'd to pay more for buying the product again from somewhere else and also pay more for a quicker delivery. I wouldn't recommend this seller and if you still want to buy check that they actually have the products in stock before making order.

However, due to the order having a 5 day delivery time, the system will not process the order until the day before it is being sent out. in this case, that would be the 4th of October. By choosing a next day delivery, the system will inform us sooner that there is no stock left and we would inform you of this issue.
I'm happy to hear your money was refunded quickly. Also, I apologise that your experience wasn't satisfactory and for the inconvenience that this has caused you as this isn't what we strive for as a company.

I've dealt with Sue at Kingsfield on many occasions, all of which have been seamless. I think as a company they have passion to improve. The website is little on the ugly side, but I believe they are looking at this. Either way just pick the phone up and call them, you'll be happy you did.

I found Kingsfield Computer Products while searching for an Epson XP-860 printer. After a brief and very helpful telephone conversation regarding this particular printer I subsequently ordered online in the afternoon. Imagine my astonishment when the printer arrived the following morning! I highly recommend KCP for their customer relations and excellent delivery service. Well done to your team - they are a credit to the Company!

Delivered remarkably fast (next day, despite not selecting that option), working without a hitch - laptop no longer shutting down due to overheating. Very glad I utilised their service.

Online purchase of Epson printer
I requested a ring back which came within a few minutes.
The very helpful lady was able to quickly direct me to the product that I was after and answer my other queries pleasantly and efficiently.
The online ordering was easy and quick.
When I emailed later querying part of the purchase transaction system I again received a prompt call from another likeable lady who also answered my questions quickly and simply.
Add to all that the fact that the printer I bought was the cheapest I could find online and I've got to say I'm very impressed with Kingsfield.
I shall make a point in returning to this lot before trying elsewhere for future purchases.

Stunning delivery time
We received the printer this morning and were completely dumbstruck. How could an order placed at around 5:00 p.m. the previous night be in our hands at just after 10:00 a.m. the following day. Great delivery and a really great price. We'll definitely use you in the future.

Epson XP-860 and Kingsfield Computers
I'm extremely please with the new printer I recently purchased through Kingsfield Computers. A very straight forward purchase comparing many on-line products until I narrowed down my search to the XP-860. The delivery arrived earlier than expected and it took me about an hour to set it up to the main networked PC, two laptops and three smart phone. Every test went well and now it is part of everyday living. Overall, I'm very happy with the Printer and the Service I received from Kingsfield Computer. I can definitely recommend both.

Helping me out, when no one else could
Kingsfield have been fantastic from the very outset, I called needing to find a product that day, and from when they answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful, Anna who dealt with my enquiry, was super with her professionalism and willingness to assist. Great Range of products great options great delivery!
I purchased some Microscopes for my use and chose the free delivery. I received the items on time, the prices were fair and i would recommend the company for its range of products especially the accessories.

Order arrived on time and the customer service is brilliant
Kingsfield Computer dispatched the order on time.
The only reason I had to contact them was that our mail office didn't notify me about the delivery having arrived.
Kingsfield was very responsive and we checked with our guys which had simply missed filing the reception.
Kingsfield is very professional and they service is brilliant.

Poor Customer Service
Phoned to inform the Dongle bought on 28th April would not work and was very hot. Told to ring LG direct but the number provided did not exist so rang back for new one. Promised to get back to me still waiting. According to Sales of Goods Act 1979 my contract is with Kingsfield and I should be entitled to a replacement. So dissapointing.
