I have used Kings now for about five years. Every time and whatever I ask, they come up with the goods! Sam in the office is brilliant and the guys that deliver and assemble the items are professional, helpful and very swift.
Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.

I've used KOF twice now to order chairs for my 2 pharmacies. Both times the price has been the best I could find and the service / delivery was spot on

We recently purchased some used office furniture from Kings, the communication from start to finish was great. Each step along the path was communicated professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend their service.

Kings were great, from ordering to delivery and set up. We ordered second hand refurbished office furniture and it is in fabulous condition. The team were very professional and friendly.

We have been using Kings for a number of years both for new and used furniture. All of it has been great quality and competertivly priced. Our recent office fit out was supplied and installed in a very short timeframe and Kings met every deadline. The installation was perfect and the team were very helpful.

From RFQ to delivery / install team. First Class, great product, great service, deliveries well communicated. New supplier for me in 2025, and will continue to be.

Dependable. (Rare in 2025)

Initial contact and delivery went well and fast.
Used product arrived unusable: Sseats were uncomfortable after 20 minutes, moist on delivery and some of the chairs were unable to rise up. Asked for return but company argued for a £99 delivery charge + 20% restocking charge.
So we spent nearly £800 on chairs that, if returning them, we'd get about £300 back.
Poor customer service and we now have 10 unusable chairs that we can't even sell on.
Recommendation: do not buy used from this company and don't rely on returning a faulty product.

High quality furniture delivered pretty much next day. Communication was very good. Would recommend

Great communication and service
Having dealt with kings Office Furniture several times over the years I can't fault their customer service. From ordering to delivery everything is impeccable. We recently purchased (and disposed of) some office furniture and went to several other businesses for comparison. All were more expensive and did not have exactly what we wanted. Some were unresponsive or just didn't get what we were after. Kings were attentive but not annoying (!) helpful and we arranged delivery which was prompt and exactly as arranged.

Excellent Service, great prices and The furniture was Brand new, staff extremely helpful would definately use again.
