Bad service

I went with Kings of Neon due to shipping times and claimed local quality of work. At checkout it said shipping estimate is 2/23. A week goes by without any updates on shipping. Turns out the outsourced labor facility was closed for the Chinese New Year. No mention of delayed shipping times at checkout so this gift (still) hasn’t arrived more than a week past when it was supposed to. Can’t speak to the quality because I don’t have the item.

I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience - the customer service, turnaround time and quality of the product completely exceeded my expectations.

Within an hour of sending a website enquiry for a custom made sign for my PT studio I received a phone call from Dewi who introduced himself and asked a few more questions about what I needed.

Neon signs were a whole new world for me but he made sure to take the time to fully explain the different product options, answer all of my questions and provide honest feedback and guidance on how I could make sure to get the best out of the sign. I really appreciated his time and effort in making sure the product was exactly right for what I wanted to achieve in my new space.

I couldn't believe it when the sign was delivered the following week and was sure there had to be a catch somewhere with regards to the quality of the product given the super impressive turnaround time. But I cannot fault it - the sign looks absolutely brilliant! My logo is now proudly centre stage in the new studio and really gives the 'wow factor' when you walk into the space.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Kings Of Neon again!

I paid extra to have a sign delivered by a certain date and it arrived late and partially non functioning. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund due to the inferior quality of the fake neon sign I received that was made in China despite claims of being a USA company. They offered me a 30% discount on the sign itself as my only recourse. I asked for a new sign and a return on the additional shipping costs I paid for rush shipping and they refused. I will make it my life's work to let everyone know how this company operates.

Spoke with someone called Josh, he was very friendly and easy to chat with. I didn’t end up going ahead with my purchase this time around but based off Josh’s customer service alone I would definitely consider this again in the near future!

There was initially an issue with the first sign that was sent to me. The company did an amazing job at looking at the issue and replacing it within a timely manner. I spoke with two of the ladies that worked there, and they were very understanding and willing to help.

We had custom signs made, they arrived after we needed them, despite being a priority order for a specific date, and were the wrong colour.

Customer service was awful, they backtracked and argued, offered zero help and wouldn't refund us.

I would use an different supplier as there is zero recourse with this company.

Tabitha took great care of us. She walked me through the process start to finish! Kings of Neon sent us proposed renderings for the sign very promptly. The process was very smooth overall, the price was competitive, and the finished product absolutely nailed the experience we envisioned. Our company’s lobby has absolutely leveled up thanks to our LED neon sign. 10/10 would recommend.
