Für mich ist dieser Anbieter ein Betrugsunternehmen. ICh habe ein PC-Programm bestellt und bezahlt. NAch dem Download und Installation mußte ich kleider feststellen, dass der übermittelte Aktivierungscode falsch ist. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Firma sololte ich eine Unmenge von Daten übermitteln, damit angeblich der Fehler gefunden werden kann. Das alles für einen Kaufpreis von 5,95 € . Die Firma weigert sich hartnäckig, mir ein funktionierendes Programm mit dem dazugehörigen Aktivierungscode zu senden. Sie streiten um 5,95 €. Ich kann nur raten die Finger zu lassen von diesem Anbieter. Übelste Betrugsmasche.

ni con tu dinero, compro una key de un juego la pago y me dicen que tardaran como dos horas en enviarla, al cabo de 4 o 5 horas llega un correo diciendo que ahora tengo que meterme en una pagina para que me den unas claves para una cuenta de steam, me quedo perplejo, y mi key?? total lo meto en esa pagina, espero otras pocas de horas y lo que me dan en como una cuenta pirata de steam y unas instrucciones para que la meta en la mia, ni idea de hacer esto, hablo con ellos, llevo ya 5 días hablando y estos señores no solo no devuelven el dinero, si no que me acusan de jugar al juego en cuestión. Todo muy surrealista.

Auf einer anderen Seite wird ein Spiel mit Key beworben. Dann bezahlt man und später kommt man auf die Seite von Kinguin. Bevor man verstanden hat, dass es sich um einen gehackten Account handelt, den sie dir verkaufen wollen. ist das Geld schon weg.

Man will auch noch, dass man seine Account ID an eine Mail schickt. SCAM!

Grosse arnaque. J'ai acheté une clés pour un abonnement playstation Essential 12 mois. Mais ses voleurs vendent un nouveau compte playstation avec la clés. Bien sur la clés ne marchait pas J'ai envoyé plusieurs fois des messages en demandant un remboursement, mais ne fais pas de remboursement. Pour moi c'est une grosse arnaque se site.

Been using kinguin for about a few months now. I made about 5-10 purchases and i haven’t had a single problem. But some packs are really a “scam” like the fortnite mystery packs or mystery key games.

Ce site est une arnaque!... j'ai acheté une clé pour un jeu, la clé ne marchait pas, âpres de nombreux et longs échanges avec le service client, j'ai eu un remboursement en avoir sur le site.
J'ai alors pris une carte PSN avec mon avoir pour racheter le jeu que je voulais directement sur le PSN.
L'avoir n'était pas sufisant pour la carte, j'ai du rallongé un peu, et tout ça pour quoi?
Le code de la carte PSN ne marche pas non plus, déjà utilisé...

This company is an absolute scam! I purchased a Steam key from them, only to find out it was already redeemed. When I reported the issue, they demanded sensitive information from my Steam account, including screenshots that could compromise my account's security. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an attempt to dodge responsibility rather than resolve the problem.

Why should I risk my account being hacked because they sold me a faulty product? They refused to refund my money or provide a replacement key unless I met their invasive demands. This is outright theft and disrespectful to their customers.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. Their business practices are shady, and they do not care about their customers. If they don’t resolve my issue soon, I will escalate this matter legally and ensure others know about their unethical behavior.

Been using them for years, not very often, but never had an issue. All keys worked, no duplications. No issues.

Llevo 14 días con una incidencia abierto.sobre un producto y nada más que me ponen excusas(que si mande fotos,que si lo ponga en ingles,que si lo están investigando) pero yo sigo sin producto y sin dinero.Lo.voy a escribir también en ingles para que no me pongan más excusas.
I've been with an open incident for 14 days about a product and they just make excuses (if I send photos, if I put it in English, if they are investigating it) but I still have no product and no money. I'm going to write it in English as well so that they don't make any more excuses for me.

Purchased a game download, took the money, item not available, note received saying we’ve processed your refund as store credit. If you want refund via the format you paid by, you need to contact them. I paid by PayPal so raised a dispute and PayPal refunded me straight away. Scandalous they sell you things they don’t have and then give you store credit only.

They charged me, I went to my profile to get the key, and notice a message saying "Partially Completed". Turns out they don't have stock but decided to take my money and make me wait. Horrendous service and will never use them again.

J ai été débité de 105,49€ sur mon paypal pour soit disant 3 clefs de jeu , le même, or je n ai rien commandé. PayPal refuse mon litige , kinguin ne répond pas à ma demande d annulation d achats non réalisés par moi . L achat n apparaît pas sur kinguin biensur . A fuire faille de sécurité importante.

Kinguin is a key reseller and makes no attempt to hide it; from selling keys they can't personally vet themselves, all the work of finding a trusted seller and buying from them is your own responsibility.

Oh, but they'll tack on a service fee too, just so they can refund you your order when inevitably it goes wrong.

Last order I made, I tried to buy the same product twice from two different reseller, who the moment they took my money and were completing my order, the other trader suddenly decided to pull out and I was refunded in store credit twice.

I don't want store credit - I want the game you advertised and sold me. But I tried again, and it happened AGAIN.

Thankfully I was refunded to my account, but it's such an infuriating experience I would only shop there if there was an incredible deal. And even then, you might never get what you pay for...

So paid for fu24 got email saying excellent payment successfull click this link to recieve your key. So I did but details. So 4 hours later I get a message saying my order has been cancelled. Your refund will be returned. It doesn't say when or how or why. So the money I've wasted I have to wait weeks maybe. Customer service is literally non existent been waiting 10 hours for a reply to my question when will I get my money so I can but game.please do not use this site cancel your order when they don't have game in stock. Then keep your money with no time scale for refund.

Got a WIN10 PRO get for like 20 bucks. Saw alow of reviews saying it was fake but it worked perfectly for me. Immediatly got the key. Now I have Windows after 2 years of pirating.

Borderline fraudulent software keys:

Looking for a cheap Xbox live key, and came across Kinguin - had bought a code for a game from them before which worked fine.

However, when I thought I was getting a code for Xbox game pass, I was actually given an MS account set up for someone in China, in Chinese (forced to use iTranslate and then changed MS site language to English), then given some random email and password and was given instructions to convert into my account by changing their original email to my own email address and password.

This was not a code, to me it’s grey area licensing which is bordering on fraud.

I have asked for a refund to which they have not responded. Fuming and feel conned - will happily wait for a response but doubt they will do anything. Expect to write off £29.

I bought a game through Kinguin, and about 2 hours after I do my card is almost charged with a 60 dollar purchase at Fanatical. Now I'm broke as hell with only 6 dollars to my name so it didn't go through, but still, it is not a fun thing to do, canceling your card
