Just to clarify, all website orders are handled by Amazon through a direct integration with our store. It appears that your order was actually cancelled by Amazon (not by us), though no reason was provided. When this happens, an automated email is sent to notify you of the cancellation.

A fantastic source for unique products you can't find elsewhere. Shipping was fast with helpful tracking updates. When I received the wrong item, they resolved it immediately with a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Quick resolution to shipping
I ordered the Xtreme Bundle #5 (5 Sheets) for $34.95 and only received 1 sheet. After contacting support, they quickly resolved the issue by reshipping the full order with the all pieces. Support team was responsive and quick in resolving the shipping issue. Definitely will come back as a returning customer!

Ears piercing
My daughter had her ears pierced and everything went nicely and smoothly, thanks to Poppy. She performed the piercing really professionally, explaining all the steps before the piercing and how to care for it afterwards. She has been incredibly caring and calm. All the staff is friendly and I could not recommend the shop highly enough. My daughter is in love with the place.
