Great product that’s good quality. Shipping does take a bit longer because it’s on the opposite side of the country but communication is great with regular updates.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! My package went missing through fault of the courier and Ash and the team were incredible to ensure I had my purchase while they dealt with the error! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Fast, personalised service!

Pickup was a breeze
A 7hr round trip to pick up my equipment order and all the Kinta crew made sure it was all going to fit in my car. Thanks for being so helpful and saving me the expense of courier companies out to the country.

It was picked up from our warehouse the day after placing the order on the 12th of July. One of our admin team will email you the tracking details again if you haven't received them already. The tracking details will show you an ETA arrival date and if there are any delays.

Kinta were amazing to work with. As a first time gym owner, they made the process super smooth and their communication was great! On drop off day, they had a huge event on that weekend and still managed to get equipment too us despite how much they were under the pump. All the staff we met and dealt with were friendly, timely and professional. We have had our equipment now for over 8 months and can’t fault any of it! It’s hard to find 5kg bumper plates that aren’t super flimsy! But these guys have them!! Great quality and professionalism, would highly recommend!
