Date changes
I was informed after I bought my tickets from Almaty to Taskent that my flight for 10/02 was rescheduled to 11/02 same hour, 10,45. My answer was negative, I’m not agree with this changes. I said that I have to be in Tasken at 10/02. Tickets was available for this flight in all moments. After all day discussion they sent an email in the night at 1 AM where they asked me to confirm in 1 hour a thing that we had talked all day. I saw that email only in the morning. We have returned in the morning to discussion, but when we have arrived at the airport our ticket was confirmed by the airline staff for 11/02 We have waited for the last minute to receive a good notice in the airport We were in touch all the time. But the good notice doesn’t arrived and the door was closed.

Ne pare rău să aflăm despre nemulțumirea dumneavoastră și înțelegem pe deplin îngrijorarea legată de rambursare.
Dorim să vă informăm că am verificat situația conform rezervării dumneavoastră și vă confirmăm că solicitarea de rambursare a biletelor a fost autorizată de compania aeriană și procesată de către noi la data de 25 decembrie 2025. În prezent, cererea a fost transmisă către departamentul financiar, iar rambursarea este în curs de procesare.
Vă rugăm să aveți puțină răbdare și să așteptați finalizarea procedurii de returnare a fondurilor aferente biletelor dumneavoastră. Veți fi informat(ă) imediat ce rambursarea va fi efectuată.
Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere și rămânem la dispoziția dumneavoastră pentru orice informații suplimentare.

Dorim să vă informăm că, între timp, am primit autorizația de rambursare din partea companiei aeriene, iar rambursarea a fost efectuată astăzi, 14 ianuarie. În mod obișnuit, fondurile ajung în contul cumpărătorului în termen de 1–3 zile lucrătoare bancare, în funcție de bancă și de procesarea internă a acesteia.
Dacă după expirarea acestui termen banii nu vor fi vizibili în cont, vă rugăm să ne anunțați. Vă vom furniza confirmarea rambursării, pe care o veți putea folosi pentru a verifica statutul tranzacției direct la banca dumneavoastră.
În cazul în care situația este acum soluționată, v-am fi recunoscători dacă ați putea actualiza frumos recenzia dumneavoastră și, dacă considerați că serviciile noastre au fost gestionate corect, să modificați și evaluarea acordată companiei. Feedback-ul dumneavoastră este foarte important pentru noi și ne ajută să îmbunătățim experiența clienților.

It's been more than a month and not received my refund. as they keep messing me around fro one place to onother and only AI answering . Waistof time and money , please do not book with Kisfly you will loose your money
