Took forever to ship. Contacted customer support and was told it will ship in 3-5 business days but that was after 7 business days had already passed. When it got here the quality was absolutely garbage. Like laughably bad. I was able to use the skirt but everything else was awful. Fit terrible and was baggy and would easily fall apart if you looked too hard at it. It almost felt as though it were made in a sweatshop and I felt guilty about that. Never buying from them again.

I ordered two dresses from this company for my fiancée.
We had no idea the company was in China as it is not mentioned anywhere on the site.
If we had known we wouldn’t of ordered as they are well known for there ridiculous sizing (too small) and poor quality imitation products.
We are sorry to say this is exactly what we got!!
We got the dresses and the sizing is looks like it’s for a 13 year old girl despite saying XL and the size guide saying it would fit my fiancée’s size.
I have to add the material and quality is very poor and just about looks like the dresses in the picture.
We spent a lot of money on these dresses and honestly they aren’t worth £10 between them.
I have read how difficult this company makes it to even get a partial refund, so unfortunately we are going to have to take the loss and disappointment.
I may also add that I have noticed all the positive reviews have been left by people with only one review of the site itself.
I strongly suspect that all the positive reviews have been left by the company themselves!!!
Do not buy from this site!!

Items as described and good quality. Exceptional customer service when I asked when my parcel would arrive. Even showed me screen shots of the tracking info. Would 100% order again

I ordered 4 items and their site says ships within 5-7 business days. Then 20 days past and nothing. After a couple emails they finally send 2 items.dress far too large for m and girdle that’s o/s but can fit a 0!then email me one dress out of stock but allowed me to pay for items didn’t have.had to dispute cause I asked for refund that’s when they sent 2 items. Hate partial orders then won’t allow me to return other items.their sizing is off and very low quality for the amount they’re charging. When I wanted them to cancel and refund that’s when they rushed to send those 2 items after I said I did not want anymore.

Awful. I spent £40 odd on a dress that I never received, I had no luck contacting the courier and when I emailed customer service asking if they could chase it up, they refused. I emailed again saying that I'd like a refund because I didn't want to pay for an item that I haven't received and they just sent the exact same email I had before with the same screenshot of their terms and conditions.

Nice to know the company is perfectly okay with letting parcels go missing and refusing to reimburse paying customers.

I do not recommend in the slightest, awful copy and paste emails from customer service and haven't even received my product to review.

Beware of the size: the clothings looks oversize only for really tiny and extra skinny people (actually models look more like pre-teens that’s what makes you believe the clothes are larger and looser, But hey Chinese standard may be different am I right?). For the record I’m a regular size M but the kistania’s XL fit like a regular M do you see what I mean? Same for the length, the model are waaay to short(no offense just fact)! Aftee all they never pretend that the clothing will 100% look over size for me but still I cant help but think that it’s kinda fishy to use extra tiny and skinny people as model and label the item as oversize without actually warning people on the size and the height of the models which at first sound crazy coz who does that? Still I think they know that it won’t fit a regular non Chinese/Korean at best. just say it kistania c’mon!!!)
Don’t have high expectations when it comes to the quality it’s actually quite cheap when you know that a pant can go as far as 85 USD - 1 star
STILL I think the out fit are pretty cool FOR PRE-TEENS(be honest about it kistania. If you market your clothes world wild, you know that Chinese body type is not predominant thus, either you come clear with the fact that you don’t wanna make clothing for regular body type OR you actually really wanna export your brand and prove to the costumers that they can expect from you to acknowledge that every body type is different and actually put the effort to fit the average costumer but anyway COME CLEAN!) +3 star coz I really think you can change and you have great ideas!

I tried to purchase a dress some days ago. For three times i tried to pay and the page reloaded with an error message. I tried again this morning and it failed again. This time though, I have received a SMS from my bank saying I have just purchased for 44$ from this shop. The webpage instead just said error. I did not receive a confirmation email from them, I have to wait till tomorrow to check my transactions. I am not blaming them for having issues on their website, but the poor costumer service. I did not received a single message since 3 days. I tried to chat with them on facebook and I was just receiving automatic annoying messages from them. I sent another email this morning and still nothing.

I ordered months ago and the package never arrived. I was sent an email it was then returned to sender because of “insufficient” address. (even if you don’t put the apartment number on packages it’s left in our mail room) When I contacted them for a refund they sent a link where I could pay $8 more and they would resend it. (just to get “lost” again I’m assuming) I responded with I would just like a refund and rudely responded with
“ Dear,
Thanks for your reply. But we didn't receive any items , how can we refund you? if you want to refund , you can contact us after you receive it. ( It is post office's responsibility to help you find it)”
So it’s been returned to you, and you can resend it for an additional shipping charge, but can’t refund me because you say you don’t have it? How does that work? This company is a scam and makes additional profits by running this scheme. Unprofessional in all aspects, evident in the poorly written emails.

Ordered a dress a month ago. I emailed the other day chasing delivery as still not received. They then decided to advise it was out of stock. I asked for a refund which they did minus the shipping costs. They never even shipped the item so I'm now down £6. If they do this all the time these £6 add up to a lot of free money to them. Disgusting way to do business

The shoes were the best part.

Also make sure you don't use an old email address on accident there is no apparent way to fix it.

Customer service though was 3/5 it felt like they didn't even really read my messages.

All the products I bought were there at my door on time! And when I opened up the package, everything I imagined of wearing became reality and to be honest I felt real cool and felt more myself. This was my first time on Kistania and their website is not hard to use at all. Their discounts are beloved and all their clothes are amazing! Good material and they last a while. I love going out in the fit and living my dream.

The customer service was excellent. They really helped me when I had a size issue with my order and processed my refund promptly. I highly recommend them.

Bought two pairs of shoes for my wife and both of them are wonderful. She loves them both. The quality seems to be very good and for being chunky shoes they are very light and seem well made. Customer service was available whenever questions and answer them in a satisfactory manner and what they said happened. No red tape no running around very easy process and very good product.

I really am not sure about this website because I saw it pop up on my instagram and fell in love with one of the dresses but I didn’t think I’d suit it. I’ve been having a very hard time recently and went to the gym to clear my head and I came out with one of those moods where you just don’t care and want to make yourself happy so I decided to purchase the dress as well as a nice choker I saw. However, due to some banking issues at the moment I could not verify it was me using my card so I gave up and went downstairs and told my mum about it. The next day I got very upset and my mum offered to buy the dress and choker for me. However, after purchasing the items I never received an order confirmation email even tho we’d ordered it on my account from her phone and the money has left her bank and an additional fee for oversees shipping. I left it that day to see if my email isn’t updating because of the internet but I received other emails from Kistania giving me discount codes because I still had the items in my basket waiting to go through checkout. I refreshed the website and it’s still the same. So I emailed their customer service a few days ago now and I still haven’t had any emails regarding this issue or any email to say that’s I’ve reached their customer service and they will get back when they can. So I am not fully sure if Thisbe is a scam or not. I will be calling them on Monday at some point if I don't hear back from them!

Kistania has a variety of incredible products. And I think they are good, but the sizes are not always exact. Sometimes bigger or smaller. That's why I give this rating

Good quality products! Love this shop so much.
Never late with shipping, and packages are always immaculate!
