Very happy with my purchase
Very friendly and quick customer service. We had a product delivered broken and they were very quick to make it right. Very friendly and gave me multiple options for replacing the defective product. Other than the one product showing up broken, everything else in the order was in great condition and well worth the purchase. Will definitely be ordering here again.

Website is great, you order your item, but then a few days after we don't have that is stock would you like a refund or another product, I swapped for another product which I had to pay again, they refunded the money from 1st item, which was $5 out from the price I paid which is ok, but to return because item is too small, the sizes are very small

Don’t Buy From Here.
Got 3 items that included a two shirts and a sweater. All 3 were made out of cheap material and did not look like the photos online. Highly disappointed on wasted over priced clothing for cheap quality. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Plus, they are giving incentives for good reviews.

Buyer Beware...
Update: After much back and forth, I have been refunded. I do appreciate it being made right. However, this has not been a good shopping experience, and I still would not be quick to order from them again.
Original: I ordered a dress and it took over a month to show up. I used their sizing guide and it was incredibly oversized. It was also defective. I asked for a refund and of course they want me to pay shipping to China. On their website it states they have a North American distribution warehouse for returns but have never provided this address. The shipping is more than the cost of the item. They offered me a refund of up to 45% of the product price but I can't use this piece and it is of no value to me. The product is cheap so beware of purchasing from them and please make sure you don't want to return it.

Ordered a a two piece dress set
Ordered a a two piece dress set, pair of cross tights, a choker and a corset. Corset was a very cheap plastic and did not fit. The dress however fit amazing! I’m obsessed with their cross tights. My order came in two weeks which wasn’t too bad. Only complaint about shipping is they split my order into two separate packages. But I received all items and I’m satisfied.
