Great product with a little unexpected gift. I will buy again.

Great clothes, everything comes as shown! When I ordered one item ended up being out of stock and they let me choose a different item to replace it which was really nice!

They manipulate people into giving them good reviews to get more of their money back. When I asked to do a return, they told me I had to ship it to an address all the way in China with my own money. This would cost more than I paid for the item. They offered me a fraction of what I paid as a refund instead of shipping it. When I challenged them on this, they offered me a slightly higher percentage refund but only if I left a good review on Trustpilot. I refused, so they gave me the smaller percentage refund, which was only like 30% of what I paid. Their products are bad quality and look nothing like the pictures, which are stolen from other sites and the original creators. I'll always be reverse image searching pictures of products now.

Ordered 3 items for my wife around January15 wasn't updated with shipping information until 2 weeks later. It's going on January 10th and my item is still showing that it's several states away. This company should advise that there dropshipping items and that they really have no clue when the items will arrive nor do they know the condition of which it will arrive as I've read so many reviews on the cheapness of the items. I should have read reviews before ordering but I was deceived by the website.

The customer service is quick and amazing and I appreciate the convenience of being able to exchange items that ended up being out of stock. I will be shopping here again soon.

DO NOT ORDER. This is a fraudulent company. I ordered 2 dresses from them, quickly got a shipping notification and then silence. 2 weeks later, I went to track the package and it said delivered. I reached out to tell them I didn't receive it and they told me I had to go to the last mile delivery company. Kistania said the package was signed for, but no matter how many times I asked for proof of signature, it was never provided. They then told me that I needed proof from the last mile delivery that there was a problem. The last mile delivery took another week to get back to me. They told me it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do. I screen-shotted it and sent back to Kistania. They then told me the exact same thing that it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do.

The whole time, they kept telling me they couldn't help because it was outside their 7 day window, but it was outside the window because they didn't tell me the order was delivered and didn't respond for days.

This is a fraudulent company. I had to report it to my bank to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER.

I had a little problem with my order and they help me very nicely. They respond fast and explained to me very clearly what were my options. I recommend ordering from this website !

Absoluter Scam. Was man bekommt ist nicht im Ansatz das was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Teilweise krumm und schief vernäht und an den jeweiligen Seiten nicht mal gleich lang.

Davon ab hat der Versand weitaus länger gedauert als angegeben. 12 Tage ist erstmal gar nichts passiert. Umtausch ist unmöglich da Versand aus Asien. Yey - 42€ verbrannt.

Excellent selection of clothing! They also have a good customer service team. I recently had to replace an item and they handled it without frustration. I've been very happy with many purchases from there!

The communication has been very clear and they are on top of everything. A product I had ordered was sold out and I was able to adjust the order and replace that item.

Wish there was more updates on order, other than that items arrived quicker than expected

Needed to refund the order before shipment. Thankfully no problem after explaining the problem.

Guys, don't order stuff to a lass your dating house... Even if she says she's wanting long term..... Then ghosts you after a month 🙄

Helpful customer service despite me being a pain in the ass. Definitely will order from them again (now that I've read their shipping policies - novel idea)

Absolutely love the shoes i bought from here. i placed an accidental order and contacted them to have it cancelled. They responded in a timely manner and were courteous and had that order cancelled for me so i could place a new order.

products are very nice and comfy. the quality for the price is very good and the shoes are amazing.

Habe dort bestellt, weil ich dachte, die Klamotten sehen echt cool aus.

Tun sie nicht. Noch nie so billige Klamotten gesehen, als sie ankamen.

Wollte ich die Sachen zurückschicken, musste ich mich erst ewig mit dem Kundendienst rumschlagen, der furchtbar ist und überhaupt nicht darauf eingeht, was man schreibt.

Dann habe ich eine Adresse bekommen, welche vermutlich nicht einmal existiert, habe dann meine Bestellung zurückgesendet und bis heute, über 6 Wochen danach, keine Antwort bekommen. Jetzt muss ich über PayPal versuchen, mein Geld wieder zu bekommen.

Bestellt dort nicht!!!

I ordered a two piece dress, but when it came I got two bottom pieces instead of the top. I contacted costomer service, and got a reply within one day. They gave me a full refund on the dress, and got to keep what I got. Amazing costomer service, and I will absolutley ordrer again later!

quality and looks are great, shipping is fast, the service good and rly rly friendly! prices are a little high but its worthful
