Long time, high value customer leaving K&K because of Evri
I am a long time, brand loyal Kit & Kin customer. I LOVE the products. I've used them for all three of my children. I have spent £1000s on K&K over the years and I have been so happy with the brand, products and customer service. But I am gutted that because they now only use Evri I've had to move away. Evri continually loses my parcel, delays delivery or leaves packages in the rain, making them unusable. Evri has a terrible reputation nationwide and until recently I was able select DPD for my order. I tried contacting customer service asking them to reinstate DPD to no avail. I've waited two weeks for my latest order, before a replacement order itself became delayed and stuck in Evri's system. I've waited so long we've run out of almost all products and my daughter has grown out of the nappies that are apparently still on route. I am so gutted.

Since using Kit & Kin it’s been a game changer in our home
I started using Kit & Kin a few months ago & started with their dishwasher tablets. They’re great! Then I really wanted to have a laundry liquid instead of other eco friendly ones that weren’t. So I ordered the laundry liquid in fresh linen, the smell is lovely & not overpowering at all, just subtle, then I ordered the fabric softener in the same scent. My laundry smells so lovely, no reaction on skin due to being hypoallergenic. It’s been a game changer in our home

Absolutely love these nappies for my 16 month old! We also use the toilet paper, toilet cleaner, hand soap, washing up liquid, laundry soap and dishwasher tablets and no complaints at all here. Beautiful products and brilliant brand. :)

Excellent Customer service
I had a subscription order that was very late due to an issue with Evri. I called K&K telephone line and left a message. They called back within the hour and then dealt with it immediately. New nappies arrived on my door the next day. I live on the Isle of Wight so we can’t usually get anything that quickly. Excellent customers service after a problem that wasn’t their fault but obviously they had to resolve. Thank you.

Really great quality products
Really great quality products, the nappies Are a game changer. Took a little time to get the nack of figuring out when the nappy was full as there is no indicator line, but the poke method is going well. The design and structure are great.
All the creams smell so good and the magic salve is great for dry hands.
