Perfect site for functional training gear

Kitbox has plenty of stuff for all functional training needs and their shipping is fast. I have never had to return anything so I can't comment on that.

I have been a customer for many years and I have never had an issue with them.

I was very disappointed with my experience of returning an item to Kitbox.co.

The trainers I ordered unfortunately weren’t a good fit, which isn’t the company’s fault. However, the returns process itself was far below what I would expect from an online retailer.

Firstly, there was no clear returns information in the order confirmation emails, so I had to contact customer services just to find out how to return the item.

Secondly, I had to print my own returns label, supply my own packaging, and pay for the return postage myself. By the time I’d sent the parcel back, I was already around £14 out of pocket.

The final insult was discovering that Kitbox also charges a £1.99 “refund fee” simply to return your own money. So after paying for the return postage, packaging and printing the label, I was then charged again just to receive my refund.

In total, returning a pair of unsuitable trainers cost me around £16, despite the item being returned in brand new condition. That feels completely unreasonable and out of step with what most reputable online retailers offer today.

I have no complaints about the quality of the trainers themselves (manufactured by a third party), but the returns policy is, in my opinion, unnecessarily expensive and highly customer-unfriendly. I won’t be ordering from Kitbox again, and I’d strongly encourage anyone considering buying from them to read the returns policy very carefully before placing an order.

I recently wrote a negative review regarding this company, however their customer service team contacted me and apologised for their failings and promised to do better in the future and as a mark of good will they have refunded me the full amount. Thank you Kitbag I will now be ordering from you in the future

Fantastic buy

I was told my order was out of stock , and I was offered an alternative sent me a picture of the alternative witch was same product different colouring, it was what I wanted, received it quick delivery, very helpful.

They sent the wrong item and haven’t been in touch since I instigated an exchange and request for postage to be refunded two weeks ago. Really poor communication, will be reporting to trading standards as they have taken my money without sending the item.

Ordered a product and paid extra for 2/3 day delivery the product didn’t arrive . No tx or e-mail confirmation of delivery time, no card through the door and no indication of who was actually delivering. E-mailed customer service, really unhelpful said it was picked up at customer service point nothing they can do. I re e-mailed no response ! Considering it wasn’t delivered to my address and the customer pick up point was 1, 1/2 hours from where I live in Rotherheithe I live in Hemel Hempstead, Herts .

I have ordered from Kitbox online several times and have also visited their physical shop at various events. On every occasion, I have found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and offer advice. My experiences with both their online ordering process and in-person purchases have been positive!
