We bought a replacement pull-out Vauth Segel corner. Although the packaging was in a terrible state and the components were rattling inside the assembled corner works very well so far.
Our old corner (2003) was great, but one component failed and we could not find a replacement, had to buy a complete set. Just lucky that all the screw positions remained the same in the new sightly different system except for the door fixing.
One star less for packaging and unclear door fixing instructions.

Genuinely great customer service. Was incredibly helpful when some of the handles were delivered damaged.

Service was good on my first order with next day delivery but for my second order I was not notified the product was not in stock and would be delayed by a week. Assuming it would be delivered next day I emailed to see if it would be ok to go out without missing the delivery I was told it wasn’t in stock.

Good quality handles. Courier service used was also good...online tracking and redelivery options.

I ordered the item on the 22nd with it being advertised as next day delivery, I didnt receive it until 6th.

My installer came to take out the old bin, unpackaged this 1 but it didn't come with the various screws needed to install, I had to pay for their time and still no bin installed with an open kitchen unit.

The paper instructions are not very clear at all either.

I thought paying premium for this bin was a good idea but I am regretting that decision now.

Fast, efficient service. Handles were well packaged and very reasonably priced.
