As I was told it would take 2 days to fit the cupboards and in the end was not a full day I was not impressed with the work when I got a chance to examine it. I had a few minutes to look with the fitters just outside my kitchen. A builder told me pieces can be used to hide the fact the floor was not level which was not picked up by the person measuring the old fittings. Although the doors are soft close there is no way of preventing them smashing against the corner ones. I paid a lot of money for cupboard fronts which I should have just bought and asked someone else to fit them. The whole effect is nice and bright because I chose the right doors but the little mistakes annoy me. But ho hum we all get ripped off at some time. Glad it is my first time!

The service was fine, everything happened a promised and on time. The young man who fitted my worktop was pleasant and efficient.

So happy with the service from start to finish! Quality of product and installation is definitely 5 star.

Everthing clearly explained at first visit. All booked in and went perfectly to plan.

Following a request for a catalogue, we received a very polite Phone call to arrange an appointment. Your representative was very punctual and after inspecting the kitchen, he recommended the things that needed changing. It was quite an experience, as he just suggested the areas that needed attention without any "hard sell". He produced a very close match to the original and presented us with choices for worktops that suited our colour scheme.
When the day arrived, the two Polish workmen introduced themselves,
became familiar with the kitchen and went through the things they were
to replace. Their work was meticulous and they were friendly and efficient.
When work was finished, they cleaned up and removed any bits and pieces.
A phone call followed the restoration and we initiated payment. Unfortunately, we misread the amount and overpaid by £500. After a worrying nights sleep, we received a phone call explaining that you had realised our mistake and credited our account with that amount.
We were amazed and delighted by your honesty, professionalism and craftsmanship. Thank you all very much.

Everything is perfect. We are delighted with The workmanship and finished product. We were very impressed by the young man that came to fit it. He was very curtious, neat and clean and tidy. We couldn’t be happier.

The kitchen was looking a bit tired,I saw a advertisement in the paper for Kitchen restoration to replace doors and worktops, I am very impressed with the quality and the kitchen looks great, the fitter was very friendly and professional I would not hesitate to recommend them, the wife and I are really pleased with the end product 👍

Our fitter did an excellent job with no mess. Even replaced our floor light around the plinth. Highly recommended. Our kitchen looks like a brand new one. Had good advice and recommendation from the rep.

Although a little dearer than initially expected we are very pleased with the final result. The measurements had already been taken so the fitter was able to start straight away. He worked hard over two days and did a very good job.

A fitter arrived on time, brought his own coffee with , did a terrific job and left a delighted and satisfied client. I could find no faults, and for a grumpy retired 91 year old think that says it all.

Quality of kitchen ok but attention to detail is not great. Process was painful. I am still waiting for the kitchen to be finished, 14 weeks after I placed the order, 5 weeks after the original install.

- 8 week wait to get kitchen (fine, I knew that from the start)
- 1 week additional delay
- was told the job would only take a day (it took two, because their "working day" was only 3.5 hours long)
- day one: brought the wrong tap, right sink but in the wrong size
- day two installed a much cheaper sink (that also leaked) and wrong sized door
- rescheduled another visit a week later to fix door and change sink, they didn't turn up
- rescheduled another week later, only fixed the door
- rescheduled another week later, brought a scratched sink
- rescheduled another two weeks later, didn't turn up
- still waiting for them to fit correct sink. Not to mention the countless unreturned phone calls

The kitchen was delivered on time and was fitted well. For the most part I'm happy with it. My reservation is that shortly before the fitting the company told me that I must pay the full balance on the day of fitting before the fitters left. Somewhat reluctantly I agreed to do this. The fitters worked hard all day. They had come a long way (from Birmingham to London), it was already late and they were clearly tired and in a hurry to get home. So I paid up. Later I noticed a faulty panel, but it was too late. There was no subsequent follow up to check that everything was OK and no mechanism for me to notify the fault. (Added on 21 March 2021 - After I posted the above, the company did contact me and offer to help. I sent then photos of the problem, but since then I have heard nothing.)

Very pleased with our kitchen makeover. We have a small kitchen so it was all done in one day. Extremely pleasant young man. Couldn't fault anything.

Poor quality. 2 years down the line and now looking at a new kitchen. Very overpriced too!
