The Kitchen Restoration Company did an excellent job replacing kichen cupboard doors and sink. The quality of the doors and sink is very good and the installation was quick and efficiently done.

the job was done in 2 days, my kitchen was left clean with no rubbish to take care off. The doors look fantastic. I will have like to have some communication before the work started as it was 3 months between the time I place my order and when the person came. I did not know what time he will be there and if it was still happening. but over all great work I am very happy with my new kitchen :-)

Exceptional service from the quote to completion of the kitchen. We were very impressed with the high standard of workmanship from our fitter, Sam. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept us updated with his plans for the day and always tidied up before leaving on an evening! Our kitchen is magnificent & we are over the moon with it. It has a high quality finish & looks like a brand new kitchen that will last a long time, without the weeks of work & mess (ours took 6 days). Would definitely go throw the process again.

Excellent. Delighted with my new cupboard doors. I did have to wait some time between ordering and fitting, no doubt due to Covid, but it was well worth the wait. I would certainly recommend Kitchen Restoration and indeed I already have.

We were pleased with the refurbishment of our kitchen cupboards and our Installer did a great job. The options for colours and styles was excellent and the salesman was able to give a good account of what it would look like once complete.

I’m very pleased with my new kitchen couldn’t have had a better service from start to finish. The quality of the doors and worktops were excellent. The fitter that came was very friendly and polite nothing was too much for him to do he was very professional and experienced. I’ve already recommended The Kitchen Restoration Company to my friends and family. One very happy customer.

Professional from start to finish, ie. sales, surveyor and fitters. Kitchen fitted over two days on the agreed dates. Very courteous and certainly very skilled, able and experienced fitters. They encountered a couple of issues which they rectified. Worked late until work was completed. Looks like a completely new kitchen - very pleased with the end result. Good value and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Part 1 | Negligent
My partner and I placed an order on 09/07 for a small kitchen in London. We were very excited by the concept and completely trusting the process and really happy to support a family-owned business for a change. I was advised it would be an 8-week delivery time frame and immediately paid the deposit as requested. A couple of weeks later the surveyor came to take the measurements and gave us an installation date for the 28/10. So far so good.
As we are approaching the installation date and we had not heard from the company, I decided to contact them to confirm our installation date today and understand what to expect on the day. It took one email and 2 unsuccessful phone calls before I could get an answer. Though instead of confirming the appointment, the company informed me that they had accidentally cancelled our order as a result of some obscure 'admin' issue. I was also advised that should we wish to proceed, we would have to wait for February next year, which brings the delivery time frame to 3 times that mentioned on the order form. It is totally incomprehensible that a company would cancel an order without as much as an email, and even more questionable that they would not even think of contacting us to refund the deposit. The jury is out as to whether this was indeed a genuine one-off mistake (though I am skeptical now reading some of the comments posted on this platform). We are now waiting to hear back on how they suggest to make up for their negligence and the massive disruption caused as a result. We shall see. For now, we have gone from being excited to being very frustrated.

Part 2 | Awesome
Samantha worked with us and offered us options to help us move forward with our project and a generous discount. We considered changing our design option for one that would have allowed us to get our kitchen before Xmas. In the end, we decided to bite the bullet and wait patiently for the delivery timelines. Fast forward to Feb 2022, and we now have our brand new kitchen. We love it. Mick from the installation team was brilliant: a perfectionist with an eye for details. We are extremely pleased with stuck with the company and our original idea!

Very efficient likeable gentleman did a wonderful job which was difficult
but managed very well. Would recommend the company as well as said gentleman to anyone . Very good job am extremely pleased .

Perhaps not the cheapest but I would say the best.
We did panic a little when only one guy turned up but he (DAVE) worked non stop and made an excellent job and we were so pleased with the finish. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their kitchen refurbished.

Fitter did not finish fitting one drawer and plinth but felt forced into paying balance as promised it would be sorted even though I told her I had not checked the kitchen for faults. Several found but when phoned to list them told no one was there to help and they would call me back. They never did. I phoned four times promised call back each time Still waiting even though fitting was about 7 weeks ago. Got fed up with waiting so fixed things myself.
Certainly not happy with the after service
