Fitter worked very hard and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the results. Our old kitchen has been transformed.

Brilliant! From the first phone call to the last the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Ali, who did the work for us was outstanding. No complaints only praise and grateful thanks for our new kitchen.

Id like to thank Gary, the fitter who did my kitchen, for the excellent service and job he did for me restoring my kitchen. Nothing was too much for him and he completed the job on time with the upmost professionalism.

We have recently refreshed our kitchen through The Kitchen Restoration Company. From the start to finish I found them very good to deal with.

Our kitchen installer Lukasz was very polite and did a fantastic job.

We were pleased with the finished kitchen last year however be wary of any follow up work you require. One of our cupboard doors is not hanging correctly and some screws which should not be seen are visible. We have reported this and waited weeks for them to supply a date when someone would remedy this. The date we were given has now been cancelled and we have no new date.
It seems once you have paid the money they are not interested in any problems resulting in their work.

The fitters that attended were pleasant, friendly and approachable. They worked in a very methodical way and removed work tops and doors without damaging the existing tiling or base units. We were kept informed and involved, when required, at every step. They cleaned up as they went and the final result exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking about freshening up a tired kitchen, as ours was.

We are very pleased with the 'new' kitchen. Our installer took great pains and checked with us to make sure that we were pleased with progress as the time went on. He took more than the allocated time to make sure that everything was satisfactory.

We have just had our worktops and sink replaced and it has transformed our kitchen. Our fitter, Dave T has worked tirelessly over the last three days to deliver an excellent result. At the end of each day he packed everything away and left everything neat and tidy. The products are excellent quality. Thank you Dave.

Booked a visit to get a quote for replacing my kitchen cupboard doors. They were late 2 hours and they lied about it over the phone. I called 3 times and checked the status of the visit and no result at all. It was not a good experience for me hope you would be luckier than me

Very disappointed. The tap they provided for the kitchen sink broke weeks after installation and it was hard work getting them to repair it.

I have been asked to provide further information which I am now giving. A week after reporting the tap as broken (I managed to get the immediate fault fixed, but apparently it was caused by faulty installation making the tap wobble) I still have not heard from the company concerning a date when the fault can be fixed. Furthermore, I have discovered that the extractor hood has not been connected so does not work. There are also several cases of things not being properly lined up.
I made a total of two calls and an email to the company to try and obtain an indication of when I could expect notification of a date when the fault would be fixed. On the second call, I became immensely frustrated as the fault was serious (a leaking sink tap effectively meant that I could not use the sink) and on being told I could not be heard raised my voice, was then accused of shouting. Naturally I do not like to be thought discourteous but I also consider it a bit much to be told I was being unreasonable to expect to be told 48 hours after first reporting the problem when I could expect a call with a date to fix the problem. A week after first reporting, no call, and I now have a range of other issues as described above.

KRC kept to all the scheduled dates and times and fitters were helpful and friendly. Product also very good and fitted with minimal fuss.

Kitchen fitter Sam, arrived promptly every day. His workmanship and pride in his work was clearly evident. He took his time and each day, tidied up so we were able to use the kitchen if we wished. Sam removed the rubbish as he worked and took it with him each day.
On the last day, Sam worked until 10pm to finish the job which was quite extraordinary.
After completion there were a couple of small issues that i wanted corrected. This was dealt with in a timely manner..a sign of a good company!
We were so lucky to get Sam, and his adorable helper Gismo..only wish we had something else for them to do!
Good quality doors and draws..kitchen looks fantastic..would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Restoration.

Kitchen restoration quoted in January to replace all the doors facias and also to add new cupboards and a brand new kitchen island in main kitchen and replace all facias in a separate utility room. The date to start was late April and time to complete one week. It all happened exactly on time and WOW what a difference. The quality is excellent, it has made such a difference a new modern open spaced area. The fitters were fantastic cleaned up after themselves every day, I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking at a new kitchen. great job !!

Kitchen looks great but we are -3 drawers in our vegetable rack I was promised them but they haven’t arrived yet so a bit peeved Over a month ago

The whole experience stress free and we were delighted with the finished kitchen. The fitter arrived promptly on the day with all the correct products and worked non stop for two days. We cannot fault his workmanship. Would highly recommend this company

Job took a little longer than planned due to delivery not being correct. Fitter did an excellent job and kitchen much improved.
