Excellent professional staffs and service. Paul came for initial consultation was very pleasant and Ian who did the survey. Lukasz the kitchen fitter did a fantastic job to high standards. We are pleased with the service provided and good quality products. Our kitchen looks great.

I can only provide commentary on customer service. I am a single mum who wanted a quote on a kitchen restoration. I felt pressured to pay a deposit as the salesman insinuated that I would only get the discount if I paid the deposit that day. I looked into my available funds and determined that I could not afford the restoration after all. I called to say that I could not proceed. They suggested that I put the order on hold for a period in the event that my circumstances changed. They did not offer the refund when I requested. I then lost their number. I have since contacted them to say that I am still in no position to proceed. They will not refund the deposit. It was told that it was to be a free no obligation quote. I felt pressured to take the quote and pay a deposit but they will not refund me. They have taken £300 for a quote. I am not happy. I am a struggling single mum. They do not seem to have any empathy at all. They did not even suggest repaying half the deposit. There is no terms and conditions on the piece of paper I was given at the time of the quote.

I have the order form - this has no reference - no customer number - only my name - I can provide the copy - no amount - no terms and conditions.

Everything happened really smoothly, from the initial consultation to the detailed spec to the final installation. All promised dates were kept to, and the job was completed exactly on time. Add to that how pleasant and professional everybody was and that explains my 5 stars!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Simon Austin visited us initially and advised us on the style of doors. No unnecessary sales pitch or hard sell. Sam the kitchen fitter was just as professional. Was very sceptic from seeing the advert on television but would welcome anyone to contact me for an independent review. Was disheartened because we didn't think we could get our doors replaced because the measurements are different 20 years on but kitchen magic made our dream a reality. So pleased, it has transformed our kitchen in just a day.

The kitchen is top quality and was ready to fit after ordering in less than a month. Sergio our installer was fantastic and very quick. No request was too much for him. The old kitchen was taken away during the three day project leaving us to enjoy our 16 year old kitchen looking brand new at a fraction of the price of replacing the whole thing.

New kitchen only took one day instead of two. My kitchen looks great and I am very pleased with it.

I requested a brochure from this company, and when I saw that it was advertising doors and worktops in the colours I have long been looking for, I arranged for a designer to come to the house. When he arrived (with a heavy cold, to my dismay), it soon became clear that he could not supply what I wanted because the products were discontinued and the brochure was an old one. When he called them, the company confirmed that they could not supply the products advertised. He seemed anyway to have a more limited range than advertised in the brochure. Companies should not be sending out misleading information and advertising goods they cannot supply. It wastes people's time and leads to disappointment.
I spoke to the company on the phone and made my complaint before I posted this review. They have requested extra info from me, and I've left my number with Trustpilot, so I wait to hear from them.
They have now said that they ask about colours when booking an appointment. I have no recollection of them doing so, but I would have said preferably air-force blue; but they don't have anything in that colour, although there were royal blue doors I liked in the brochure, but the designer didn't have the paint colour chart I asked for. He said the brochure was old, and certainly I haven't seen the kind of blue worktops advertised in it for years - I've been trying to source them for ages, which was why I was thrilled to see a range of them in the brochure. In fact, after having said when booking that I wanted to see the full range of what was available, I was shown a very limited selection, with nearly everything in neutrals or muted colours - nothing like those in the brochure. The brochure certainly needs updating.

The customer service agent I liaised with via email was very helpful, quick to reply and proactive in resolving any issues. We used Kitchen Restoration 10 years ago and needed a new built-in freezer. They sent both colour samples and handles to help get the match right.

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Although we only had door replacement and a couple of new units, the finish looks like a totally new kitchen. The quality of workmanship is excellent. Thoroughly recommend this company for a kitchen makeover that doesn’t break the bank!
