Approached these guys as I wanted our kitchen replacement all done to a high standard and as one project and at an agreed price. This is exactly what was delivered. Everything was done to an agreed timescale and the whole operation was professional from beginning to end. The Project manager, Ian, was on hand throughout to answer questions, give updates and liaise with all the trades. I'd highly recommend Kitchens Plus and their trades to anyone.

Jordan was a very helpful designer who patiently took the time to address my accessibility requirements for the total refresh of our bathroom.

Jordan was great in explaining in detail the whole process of repairing the kitchen. We believe they are a great company and would surely recommend them for anyone.

We had an excellent visit this morning from Andrew and Jordan who redesigned our tiny, awkwardly shaped bathroom into something pretty special. They explained everything really clearly, were super friendly, and gave us plenty of options to consider. We're looking forward to the project getting started! Recommended for sure.

Recently had my en suite renovated. The team were fantastic from the design, delivery and fitting. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The fitters were brilliant I had an issue with the boxing in mentioned this to the guys and it was changed without any fuss. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolutely love my en suite

Jordan Drape took time to clearly explain company, goods available and timescales. Didn't feel at all pressurised and happy with design that was produced. Looking forward to new bathroom and will leave further review then.

When Dean came today, he was lovely and very professional. He came with samples to show us and even did the 3D design while here, so there was no waiting weeks to see what our bathroom would look like. We were very happy with what we were shown and went ahead and booked our bathroom. I would highly recommend the company, and Dean was great at explaining everything.

I was first quoted 14,000 then I cancelled it and they brought it down to 9,000 and I found someone else who did it for a lot less. I continued to get harassed by them to the point where I had to block various numbers from them. I told them I didnt want them to do any work but continued the calls for weeks after. If someone says no it means no dont try and manipulate them into offering you contracts.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a kitchen fitted by them in April which still has issues. Firstly we were supplied with a worktop that was terrible. Marks wouldn't clean off and eventually agreed to replace. Firstly new worktop was delivered and date booked to get it fitted. First date the workman didn't show up as the manager forgot to book him apparently. Second time workman was booked who told me there wasn't enough worktop to do the job. A second delivery was arranged. Delivery company delivered some more worktop and took away the worktop that was wrong. Third occasion a different fitter came and advised the worktop was still wrong! He called up the office who basically asked him to bodge the job just to get it done. Superb when you have spend thousands on a new kitchen! So they agreed to come back and it was replaced at the 4th attempt and some six months after the kitchen was originally fitted. There are still things outstanding on the kitchen. I have emailed Lyn their customer care manager who has apparently passed my concerns on to the Director who would be in touch. That was two weeks ago now. Still no reply. So basically once you have paid them they couldn't care less. Do not under any circumtances get any work done by this company

Jordan come to our home today. Wow what amazing communication skills he has . He was polite and very respectful in my home. Unfortunately at present I was not able to commit today ,as myself and partner need more time. I must say I would be happy to recommend him to family or friends. This gentleman is an asset to his team

Chris designed both our kitchen and bathroom and provided an amazing service and was incredibly patient answering all our questions! Kitchen has been completed and looks amazing, with so much more space! We're looking forward to the new bathroom design too! Very much recommended, he's great!

This company has put a good finish on a good job. Cannot complain about anything.

A part from my new bathroom has not been fitted, contacted the rep who said someone would be in touch and they were not so chased up no reply. 4 calls to the office to get a manager to call me and still nothing! Very disappointing for a company I’ve just spent 10k with

Shocking aftercare, the fittings under the sink have leaked three times since fitted 13 months ago. Phoned again today as leaking again. Was told it's my problem now as only get a years warranty. The waste pipe is fitted incorrectly and unwilling to rectify.

From end to end, working with Kitchens Plus Bathrooms was an absolute pleasure.
From the design appointment with Andrew through to the fitting by Josh, every step was handled with consummate professionalism.
Initial contact came through a cold call so we are proof that they do work!
The wide range of options was excellent and meant we could design the bathroom we wanted with ease.
The 3D render was the icing on the cake that showed us what our choices were going to look like.
When it came to the installation the disruption was kept to a minimum and the work was carried out in a very timely manner.
Communication throughout the process was top notch and we knew exactly what would be happening and when.
I cannot recommend Kitchens Plus Bathrooms highly enough. You can buy with confidence.
