It took some time between discussing my bathroom requirements with Andrew to the start time. But from the delivery of the materials the team set to work quickly & efficiently. I am very happy with my bathroom renovation. At all times, I was able to contact the company with questions & I felt very supported.

I got kitchens plus bathrooms to remodel my shower room from beginning to end they were very professional nothing was a problem designer Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the price was and stayed at that price office staff informed me when the bathroom furniture was arriving and when the fitted was arriving and who it was I had a damaged door on my unit I rang the office and they ordered me a new one and it was fitted within a few days I can not fault them

Many thanks for the professionalism shown by Kitchens Plus Bathroom along with the installation team in delivering our en-suite bathroom modifications.
My wife and I are really pleased with the finished project and the ease of the process from sales (Andrew Keegan) visiting and helping with our choices and how those choices could be incorporated into a 3D model and of course keeping within our budget.
The customer service communications were excellent and kept my wife and I “up to speed” with deliveries and timings which helped enormously between the first visit and the build.
Last but not least a thank-you to the professionalism shown by the sub-contracted installation teams, DJR Home Solutions (installation), MWT Waste Ltd (Waste Removal) and finally LH Electrical Services (electrical works)

Andrew Came to our house and provide a design we loved and worked with us through all the process. He made it easy and put our minds at rest, no silly pressure statics to sign like i have witnessed before and would recommend anyone setting an appointment with him.

What a fantastic bathroom we have! From start to finish my experience with kitchensplusbathrooms and their fitters has been amazing. The design process was very smooth and we were taken through the whole design/fitting service. The products were delivered when stated. The bathroom install was done on a date I requested and I was kept in the loop with everything from customer service. The fitter who done the install was very professional and his attention to detail was second to none. He kept me updated and any queries or concerns I was quickly informed. He arranged when electrician/plasterer/ rubbish removal needed to be there so I never had to lift a finger or chase anyone up. We now have our grand design bathroom and we love it. Big thanks to Steve from the Washington showroom and Steve and Shaun the installers. Not many places offer the customer service we have received from the initial point of contact with Jean in the showroom, to our appointment with Steve who designed our plans and then to Steve and Shaun completing an amazing job!

Chris was really helpful and designed a beautiful kitchen for us, when we ran into difficulties he tried is best to put everything right for us and gave us alternative options for our kitchen.
Unfortunately it did not happen this time but Chris was gracious in defeat and it was not his fault at all

Had chris out for an appointment on our bathroom, he was very kind and helpful at the appointment, we have now booked in to get our bathroom done and could be getting Chris back out again to get a quote for the kitchen.

So far our experience has been fab. Contacted the company yesterday and they arranged a next day appointment for a quote and 3D design to show how the bathroom would look. Had a lovely lad called Chris turn up. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Constantly checking if we were still OK and happy with every step. He was even great with our very nervous 1 year old dog. I can highly recommend them. I will write a further review once more progress has been made and then also once the work is completed.

At the installation I was told it would take 3 to 4 days, in actual fact in order to resolve the installation problems took a few weeks. A year and a half later the shower started to leak, I understand that this can happen and it was understandable that kitchens plus bathrooms would not attend. I contacted a reputable plumber who had to remove a panel to access the leak. The panel had been stuck on with super glue and had to be cut off. I initially contacted kitchens plus bathrooms to get a new panel only to be told that "the installers don't use superglue" and that it would be a clear sealant, this is false. The plumber also found that the plumbing was sub standard listing a number of faults. All of this was reported to kitchens plus bathrooms. After sending the pictures they had asked for the day after I was told that "the company which you have the contract with has gone into liquidation" and I wouldn't get any of the £13000 back and I would need to contact the complaints manager. This shoddy plumbing is now going to cost me lots of money as the shower will need to be taken out in order to correct the plumbing, not only that but the water damage caused by this has affected the floorboards in the bathroom, the floorboards of the room next door and the ceiling of the floor below.
Avoid at all costs unless you want sub standard bathrooms. I am not sure how the kitchens fair but if this is their standard for bathrooms then look somewhere else, personally I wouldn't trust them with gas if they can't manage water.
In response to your reply yes our shower is stepped up with a 7 inch clearance and the outlet for the shower is 24 inches away from the only access it makes this impossible to repair without taking the shower tray up, unless you happen to know the number of a 6 inch tall plumber who can do this, if so please can I have the number. An official complaint will be on route to your complaints department and we will be notifying trading standards in the next few days.
The independent plumber has also said that the leak has been going on months if not years and will have slowly been getting worse but it has taken time for the floorboards and the ceiling below to reach their MAXIMUM saturation level before it was noticed.
The guarantee that I have for 5 years should cover the replacement of the panel infront of the shower tray as this had been superglued into place and had to be cut from the shower tray yet you have not even offered a replacement or for someone to refit or even look at the damage or offer the services of one of your plumbers to come and repair as according to you it should be easy to repair. A service I would be willing to pay for but due to the employees you have used in order to fit this in the first place I am not sure I could trust them.
I have not asked for the work to be completed free however you have not offered a replacement panel (which i believe should be covered by fixtures for which i have 5 year guarantee) or someone to even look at the issues which you believe are easily fixed however just to put your mind at ease about how difficult it will be to replace i shall get a second opinion for the work that would need correcting or will this also be in vain as you seem determined not to assist me in any way.
I'm guessing you cannot give me the number of a 6 inch tall plumber or even one of your plumbers who could easily repair this. If you believe it is possible to fix easily then put you money where your mouth is and I will happily pay for your plumber to easily fix the problem.
Thank you for dismissing my complaint without even looking first hand at the issues, however I am not really surprised.
A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY- make sure you have plenty of hay and custard pies in as apparently this company uses cowboys and clowns instead of fitters. However I will compliment their surgeons because they will take your eyeballs and stitch you right up before wiping their hands of you.
That is of course unless you require
1- sub standard fitters who never turn up when they say, don't complete when they say and disappear for hours on end, but when you complain about it nothing gets done. Who will also provide a sub standard fitting (but who cares about what you can't see - isn't that right kitchens plus bathrooms?)
2- sub standard fixtures - brand new shower doors that leak and have to be repaired with clear silicon.
3- an excuse ridden complaints department who blame going into liquidation as an excuse not to provide any help (I mean they are quite willing to take your money but give no support whilst in the 5 year guarantee)
If this is what you are looking for in a bathroom then this is the place.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Seemed decent on the phone but ultimately decided to cancel my appointment. I told them I was the owner of the property with my partner living with me and they said I would need my partner present at the appointment for choosing designs/ colours. This was quite confusing as I own the property and would be funding the renovation. Ultimately this ended with me cancelling the appointment. Very disappointing

Posting my review now, even though my experience with them was just a couple years ago (my view is still valid however) and my experience with them came back to me following a hard selling tactic my in laws had just a few weeks with them (or bathroom plus or whatever they’re called now)
But I initially had a guy knock my front door asking if I was interested in replacing the windows in my home - and stupidly said yes.
A couple hours later, another bloke turns up as agreed and proceeds to spend 2 hours giving me a hard sales pitch followed by a ridiculous price, after several times saying “No”, the bloke whips out his mobile and calls his boss, the boss (on loudspeaker), says he can cut us a deal that was only available for that day only.
Still said no.
However. I stupidly agreed to buy/finance a new porch roof as the one I had at the time was falling to bits.
So, workmen appear to do the roof - before they even start, I’m handed a piece of paper that I HAD to sign to say I was happy with the work they had done (despite no work being done yet?? - Yes, I know I was stupid for signing it)
Eventually got to the point where I had to tell the company not to bother coming back as the work was incredibly shoddy - this led to a complaint that went ignored for Six Weeks and only resolved when I actually chased them up about it.
Complaint went to the ombudsman who took their side, despite having bundles of info for work that was haphazard, incomplete or purely shoddy - I walked away with £500 compensation and a £1.5k finance loan for a roof that I had to have a 3rd party come in and do correctly.
1 star is a star too many for this lot.

Made to feel undervalued before the process began
I did a quote online after my grandparents had a good experience with a kitchen being planned and installed, my brother also had a plan and at the moment currently is being installed, so after being recommended i decided to do a quote online.
Received a call today regarding my quote i was asked a few questions initially one of them being 'are you a homeowner' i confirmed i am currently in shared ownership, having to confirm quite personal details, confirmed i owned 30% of my property which i have a mortgage against and pay the other to a housing association, before i could barley get the words out of my mouth i was told 'we dont deal with none homeowners' i said but i do own it but 30% and hopefully in the near future all of it, which i am not sure how its relevant, she said but still we wouldn't deal with you because then you have to get it approved and it would take a while, when in actual fact because i own some of my home all repairs and refurbishments are down to me and dont include any input from the housing association and had that not of been assumed i could have said. She ended up putting me on hold and conveniently the call dropped with no call back.
I was made to feel so small and irrelevant like owning 30% of your home isnt good enough, i done what i could to get on the property ladder for our family and shouldn't be made to feel any type of way about that.
So no i do not recommend you use this company, but maybe if your good enough and not a failure like me and own 'all of your home' you might have a different experience and able to even get a quote!

1 star is 1 to many. This company were absolutely terrible, it took them 93 days to resolve a problem which they were made aware of on the day they finished the job. We had to source and buy a part. Which they "refunded" us for. They were at fault forcing us to get that part. We had people out who didn't know what to do and disagreed with each other. Which left us without a usable kitchen. Their customer service was terrible and very condescending. My wife was spoken to like she was a child. Promises were made and broken. Seriously avoid this company. It has taken from 29th August 2024 till today 07.02.2025 to come to a compromise as we sick of chasing them.
I don't know how you will do that considering my last contact was off one of your directors. But where would you like details sent?
Nice to see you are keeping up with your atrocious customer service. Ask for my details then completely ignore them.
As I said 1 star is 1 to many.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Brilliant company, they delivered on time, great workmanship all round, every person who came to my house was friendly, tidy, helpful and on time (miracles do happen), would gladly recommend and use again. Transformed my kitchen in two weeks, as promised. Love their work

My parents had a appointment with Andrew the bathroom designer,he was very professional and friendly,he made sure everything was explained and designed to the exact detail my parents wanted. My parents are very pleased with the outcome of the appointment and are looking forward to getting the new bathroom fitted.

Please DO NOT waste a single penny of your money with this absolute mess of a company, we spent a small fortune on a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, from the initial aggressive sales pitches, bloated prices, rushed sub standard quality of work, inferior product quality to sly tactics aftercare. The job from the start was rushed and the finish and poor quality product were glaringly poor, the shower literally lasted months but when you contact them they just fobbed us off by telling us to deal with the fitter directly who constantly ignored us, what they later admitted was that the fitter no longer worked for them and hadn’t for some time, this several month long goose chase had allowed the warranty to run out…. How convenient, they knew what they were doing, they promise you the earth and deliver none of it, I know now why they never came and did the signing off inspection that they promised, quite simply because once they have your money they really don’t care, they did offer to send somebody out to have a look at the shower for a £100 call out fee…. How kind of them, you have been warned folks don’t be ripped off like us !
