Purchased the Benchmarx Sherwood bone white touch up paint. The colour match was spot on. Glad I chose this company.

Contacted this company with the name of the product and colour, 1st attempt was way off colour, second attempt was closer but no gloss, still waiting for 3rd paint touch up kit, this has taken 4 weeks from start to now and still no paint with a gloss finish or the correct colour, I even supplied the Pantone number, sorry Richard this is pretty poor service.

Couldn’t be happier with the help and level of service. I sent off a sample and had the touch up paint within the week. Brilliant. Thank you!

Received an exact paint match for our scratched kitchen cupboards following on from talking to Richard regarding the name of the colour, as we did not know it due to having only recently bought the property. We mailed a small piece of trim to Kitchen Touch Up and the pen arrived in the post within a few weeks. Easy to use application. A very efficient and professional service.

Great product to cover damaged paintwork after a leak left some damage on my kitchen. Colour match was excellent and dried perfectly. Found it difficult to get anything out of the needle point, and only noticed later I was meant to squeeze the tube, but it didn't matter, as used the little applicators supplied and my fingers! I was dubious beforehand, as thought it was a little pricey, but really happy with the result so it was worth it.

The paint I bought for Wren Forest Green Matt did not match, also the fine tip of the applier did not work.

Does not colour match at all, waste of money.

I sent a sample over a while ago for my kitchen doors, having waited almost 2 weeks for delivery, I was very dissapointed to see the colour was not an exact match.
I contacted the company, who was going to run it through again, but never heard back from them. It’s now been a couple of months, so have given up.

Colour perfect for touch up on chips in kitchen the top of the touch up wouldn’t let the paint come out do used the small applicators that came with it
The brush inside is covered in paint and would have been difficult to use without getting all over the place. Again the little applicator coming in the box was great and did the job

Very good product for touching up small scuffs in kitchen cupboards.

I recently made a comment about only being able to use the product once (pen) due to it ceasing up. Well the company have only gone and sent me a new pack within days and in more fine paint sticks than I had before. Great customer service and support. Many thanks,

We really needed the exact paint match for our kitchen units. We found it at Kitchen Touch Up Paint, the service was straightforward, efficient and quick. Perfect finish and our kitchen looks great. Result!

I’m always dubious about buying products online without seeing them first, but i’d had no joy trying to get a repair kit for my kitchen cabinets which were scratched on some of the lower units. I have a matt charcoal kitchen so the scratches were quite prominent.
The kitchen showrooms local to me didn’t offer a repair solution so an online search led me to purchase from kitchen touchup paint.
I ordered a small size pen with little optimism of it being perfect but thought it was worth a go. I’m not the best with fiddly things either but it blended in great.
No more visible scratches and it saved me the cost of new doors! I would definitely recommend.

The paint was supposed to match my symphony kitchen colour, it is not even close and has left ugly marks on my kitchen drawers. It was extremely expensive as well.

Product took quite a while to arrive and when the white gloss was applied. It did not do the job, poor match and didn’t look great.
