I ordered a Super Deal 8 Q stainless steel Chafer set as of today I have not received my set. I have called the number listed and emailed support. No answer, no feedback, nothing.
I paid for it and never received it. I can't even contact anyone to refund my money, $124.99. I would rather have the set for my non-profit for feed low-income families and the homeless population

Isn't it about time pay pal would stand up and take some responsibility for allowing this scam artist kitchentruth.com to cut off any payments to them. If not it's time to pay another way . That's the only thing that might even make pay pal admitt that they are part of a scam as well. They should have someway of stop payment to scammers.scamed as well still waiting for the tooth fairy.

I was Scammed too. Paypal refused to help. FedEx told me the address delivered to was not mine but refused to give me the address that was used.
There has to be an easier way to recognize a scam!! For me it will be only buying from KNOWN sites/companies in the future regardless of cost.

Total scam!!! They provide a tracking number, it gets delivered to the same city , but not your name or address. When you dispute with PayPal, they show them it was delivered. Just call Fed Ex and they will tell you it went to a different name and address. Then let PayPal know and they will issue a refund.

I ordered a small refrig/freezer combo and I paid for it and never received it. The FedEx tracking number is invalid. WATCH OUT!!!!

Ordered Husqvarna tool, confirmation from Sept. 23 show NO company name nor any contact information. Tracing payment with Paypal but with no result yet. I am not even sure if the website is still functioning. How can paypal still process payments?

I ordered a Lawn detacher on September 11, a week later a fake Fedex tracking information was provided saying the item was delivered when I contacted Fedex, I was informed that the item description did not match my order. called pay pal several times and finally I got refunded and wasted my time. The trick to get you to order is the lower prices from others. Stay away and complain to better business bureau.

I'm having the same issue as the reviews below. ordered Sept. 17th and still says processing. Have tried to contact but emails got returned. I've started a pay pal dispute to get my money back.

I suspected it was a scam when I never received the item after 15 days and no reply from several emails , then Pay Pal said the seller claims it was delivered when it WASN'T ! They have contacted the seller and he has until Oct 5 to respond. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from kitchentruth !
I am so angry ! Most likely they will just choose another name and go right on scamming !
UPDATE ! The seller is really slick. After hours on the phone with PayPal and FedEx it was discovered that the seller HAD sent SOMETHING to a company outside the US.Then he used that number to give to PayPal claiming it was sent to me. FedEX did not have any record of anything sent to MY address! So
PayPal is refunding my money

A scam. Take your money but don't deliver any product. Do not respond to any emails and no phone numbers for customer support. Stay away from this company!

Same experience as others here. Fake FedEx tracking number, said item was delivered, but it wasn’t. I have cameras all over my property so I know nothing was delivered when they claim. Also, over a week later still says processing when I check on my order. I have called and left voicemail, and sent several messages, but of course no response. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. I don’t know why they are still allowed to have a PayPal account since they are still scamming people.

This website is a scam. Same thing everyone said above. They provide fake Fedex number. Don't order from them .

I too ordered a 22" Blackstone griddle. Started getting leary when a week later my otder said processing. I filed a claim with PayPal and they tried to contact them. After no reply, I received my money bacl from PayPal. Be aware and stay away! Their number comes back to PayPal. I also tried to email them and received no response.

Ordered 22" Blackstone griddle. They provided FedEx tracking number which showed it was delivered. It was not. Per the FedEx details the 22" griddle was in an 8x8 box that weighed 6lbs. Actual griddle is more like 66lbs. Initial dispute with PayPal was denied. Had to call them and upon research they have had other issues with this seller. They shut down thier PayPal account.
