Missing Order Item Since January - NOT HAPPY
Although I am happy with the induction hob protector I received, the rolling band (induclip) which holds it together when removed from the hob, is still missing. It has been going on since January, and although their customer service is replying to my emails, they make promises that go unfulfilled! Not a happy bunny...

Ich habe im Februar eine…
Ich habe im Februar eine Herdabdeckplatte bestellt und diese wurde auch recht schnell geliefert. Leider entsprach die Farbe in keinster Weise dem Produkt im Onlineshop, sodass ich die Abdeckplatte gerne umtauschen wollte. Nach E-Mailverkehr mit kitchenyeah bekam ich per Mail ein Retourenlabel zugeschickt, um das Produkt auf deren Kosten zurück zu senden. Danach habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Erst nach der xten Email bekam ich eine Antwort, dass ich das Produkt auf eigene Initiative zurückgesendet hätte, es nicht angekommen wäre und ich den offenen Rechnungsbetrag über Klarna begleichen solle. Nachdem ich den Sachverhalt erklärt und sogar die Sendeverfolgung von DHL zusammen mit dem mir zugesendeten Retourenlabel an kitchenyeah geschickt habe, aus der ersichtlich ist, dass das Paket sehr wohl bei ihnen angekommen ist, antworten sie wieder nicht mehr. Trotz mehrerer Mails meinerseits. Da kitchenyeah die Retoure bei klarna also bis heute nicht bestätigt hat, sind dort neben dem "überfälligem" Kaufpreis mittlerweile zusätzlich bereits Mahngebühren angefallen und der offene Betrag wirkt sich negativ auf weitere Zahlungen über Klarna aus.
Als ich dann eine negative Bewertung bei kitchenyeah selbst hinterlassen wollte, wurde diese nicht freigegeben und darum gebeten, den Sachverhalt zu klären. Leider wurde mir danach auch darauf nie wieder geantwortet, die Bewertung aber auch nicht freigegeben.

Love my new hob cover!
I love my new Highland Coo hob cover! It arrived really quickly and fits perfectly. The extra worktop space is great, highly recommend.

Good service all round.
There was a tremendous range of hob covers. Also a great range of different sizes. Ordered on a Sunday evening and received on Thursday. Quality of the cover is very good and the picture we chose is excellent.

ik heb mijn bestelde inductiebeschermer ontvangen bezaaid met kleine witte vlekjes.
Drie dagen na een mail met duidelijke omschrijving van het probleem krijg ik een reactie met de vraag om het probleem te omschrijven. Verwijzend naar mijn eerste mail reageer ik maar wacht ik nog steeds op een antwoord.
