Die E-Mail wo man sich hinwenden soll gibt es nicht!! Finger weg von diesem Laden!!!!!! Richtige Betrüger!!!!! Meine Beschwerde an die Geschäftsleitung wird auch nicht weitergeleitet! Ich werde nun den Verbraucherschutz einschalten!

Beautiful and practical

The hob cover is beautiful. It’s good quality, a decent thickness and doesn’t move once in place. I’ve only given 4 stars as it has arrived with a slight crease in it and tiny damage to one side. I’d say this is due to the fact that it was packaged just rolled up in a box which was slightly too big for it, with no additional packaging. Not enough damage to return, but it’s a bit of a shame it’s not in perfect condition. However, it does look really good and seems like it will do an excellent job.

Have just had a new kitchen and wanted…

Have just had a new kitchen and wanted to protect the new hob when not in use. Kitchenyeah, had a wide range of induction hob covers, different colours and designs,at reasonable prices. Also the cover is of a very good quality and enables use of the hob space after cooking, extending workspace, which is great.
Ordering was very easy and I was kept upto date with my order, by them and Royal Mail, who delivered item. Would highly recommend.

Perfect picture

It was easy to order, I recieved the item quite quickly, it was well packaged, the item was exactly like the picture, and the size perfect, I am very pleased, I love it, thank you.

They are incapable of delivering

I’ve tried to order an induction hob protector (through Amazon) from these people twice. The first time they claimed it had been delivered after three and a half weeks. It had not. I got refunded and re-ordered a different product. Today (after another three weeks) checked on Amazon and it says ‘Product Undeliverable’. I get Amazon deliveries most days without any problem.

I am really not pleased with this…

I am really not pleased with this company. I ordered a stove protector which got lost in the post and then redirected back to the company. The company did send it back out to me but it went to someone else’s house and they obviously received it. I did get back in touch with the company they sent out another for me. Which still hasn’t arrived and has been sent to the wrong address again !!!! 😡 whenever I’ve had an email from them, it’s been in a foreign language. I don’t understand. I am very disappointed with this company. I have got no stove cover up or a refund.😡
