I bought the same nameset from them twice and had a dye migration issue despite following the instructions both times. They recommended 150C for 15 seconds and I did that for the first set. A week later the migration became visible. I bought a second set and applied the two numbers separately at temperatures and times lower than recommended to be more cautious in an attempt to avoid the dye migration. It still happened for each number. I had used 130 for 15 and even 120 for 10. I reached out about this issue after doing some research and learning that this was a problem with older reissued namesets from sipesa and they refused to acknowledge it. They kept insisting I used a higher temperature and would not give me any kind of recompensation. Now why would I spend all that money twice to ignore their instructions and damage my shirt? I ended up having to escalate to my card company and they responded with an email refusing to let me order from them again. Not that I would after that god awful customer service.

First, Despatch team from kitroom footabll told me they can produce the set name and number of a my favourite player, the next they tell me they can't not provide me with a date for delivery and finally they said they can not service me, contradicting their first statement. Customer's can't like be treated as idiots with false statements.

There is a large selection of original and high quality name sets and patches.

The quality on their patches is awful. Customer service is even worse. Do not buy from these guys. They are dismissive of any concerns and will not give refunds.

J’ai commandé 2 fois chez eux, j’ai eu des soucis de flocage. J’ai du repasser plusieurs fois et fait appel à un magasin car le service client ne m’a pas répondu. Et quand il m’ont répondu ils m’ont insulter d’incapable. Je déconseille KIT ROOM
