Stay far away. Extremely thin and clearly unoriginal name sets, combined with an undeniable arrogance from the seller.

I ordered 8 name sets for Denmark. One was missing from the package entirely, another was damaged, and one was the wrong color—even though I had clearly specified the color and specifically noted to the seller to remember the correct color. On top of that, the name sets that were supposed to be curved had no curve at all.

The worst part of it all was when I brought this to the seller's attention, he wanted me to return the package at my own expense (£21 for shipping). He stated he would only refund the money if I sent it back in the original packaging, which is bordering on a scam because it's a loophole to avoid ever paying the money back. You obviously can't return the original packaging intact when you have to open the package just to see all the seller's mistakes and missing items. The seller didn't even offer to resend the name sets. Furthermore, he only refunded the single missing set. In the end, you're left having to pay nearly £40 in combined customs and shipping just to order again.

Do yourself a favor and use fodboldtryk.dk via Instagram or thekitroom.com instead.

And to the seller: please sober up before running a business. 'Cause that kind of behaviour cant possibly be the normal you.

If giving this so called "company" a 0 star review was possible I would. This doesn't even deserve a star. Placed an order and took a long time to be sent, I sent an email to ask for an update and whether they can ship the namesets as soon as possible.
Instead of giving me an update about their super long " preparing and printing", they just cancelled my order because "I asked for it". There's zero clear communication and customer service, especially James.
Everything is printed to order but if it takes so long to print a 6 small patches and 1 nameset, there's something wrong or they just don't care.

You should be ashamed of yourself for putting "fast dispatch" on your front page.

These guys need to find another hobby/career as they cant cope with multiple orders, never answer emails until a refund is requested then funnily enough there is a reply! Lack of customer service skills, plain rude, not sure how they are still operating tbh. AVOID!

Poor quality, expensive prices. Avoid this company, there are many other options out there.

Have been waiting over a month for my order.
I have sent emails but haven’t had the simple courtesy of a reply. Truly shocking respect shown to customers. I am going to have to contact my bank to recover my money.

please don’t make the same mistake i did, items were never shipped, sent an email to which they never responded, had to go through my bank for a refund.

Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Bought multiple items and received only one. Ive emailed multiple times with no response. The same on social media, with no response. Poor customer service, infact poor service all round.

its been 6 weeks since i placed the order. So some sort of response would be nice! or better still the tiems to be delivered or a refund.

Have ordered multiple times and there always seems to be something wrong or missing from the order. Have sent multiple emails but not gotten any response. Incredibly poor and lacklustre service. The namesets are quality though

What a joke.
I have ordered 13 different namesets.
I have received 4 good namesets, 3 namesets with errors, the other 6 namesets are missing.
I have sent them multiple emails, they told me 10 days after to send everything back for a refund. With no explanation, no excuse of course.
I don't want to spend 20£ to send them back (which they will never take care of it) and I'm thinking they will never refund me no matter they receive my package or not. That's quite a shame. Please do not do the same mistake as I do, do not order from this company.

Ordered an Sheringham Euro 96 name set 27th September which I’ve still not received yet. No answer to emails sent.
Shame as I have ordered name sets before and received them. Seems like they’re now just crooks and out to steal your money.

18 days since I ordered and no item, no update and no reply to emails. Yet another dodgy site purporting to be a UK company.

Update* since posting this review I've received a partial refund minus the postage, along with a threatening email claiming Royal Mail are investigating me and they are going to take legal action. Avoid this abusive scammer

I had unfortunately the same experience a few of the others have also experienced.
Large batch of namesets ordered, less than half received; they claimed I should have reported within 24h. Later, they even refused to investigate and then ghosted me.

Stay well away!!! I’ve spent hundreds with these lot and I’ve always brushed mistakes under the carpet. But this time, they took ZERO accountability for the error and tried blaming me! What an absolute joke of a company!

Very poor quality. Doesn't look like the images on their website. The colours look different and the material is very cheap for this high price. No response from customer support either, I don't think they can call this support to be honest. Stay away. Maybe check other services with good reputation and photos of actual items before buying.

I've placed a few orders with House of Namesets and unfortunately, nearly every single one has arrived with issues — either damaged items or something missing entirely. For the price they charge, the quality control is just not there.

Most recently, an item was missing from my delivery, and part of the print on a number arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I emailed them promptly with photos and still haven’t received a response.

What’s been most frustrating is the customer service. On the rare occasions I do hear back, the tone is dismissive and makes you feel like you're at fault.

I really wanted to support a niche supplier in the football shirt community, but after several letdowns, I can’t recommend House of Namesets to anyone.

Avoid this seller. Takes no accountability for errors and tries to gaslight you into thinking the error is yours. Often replies to eBay feedback with straight up lies to cover their back. Truly dreadful
