Products frozen

I love the bar shampoo and ordered some more products to try. I wasn't home when the package arrived so it sat on my front porch in the snow in 15 degree temperature for several days. When I brought them in they were rock solid frozen so I let them thaw. I called customer service to ask if the products would still function as they are formulated due to the exposure to such cold for so long. Without any question the company sent me full replacement for the 5 products that got frozen. I love everything about this company and their products

Terrible customer service

After reading other people’s reviews it seems to be the norm that people like the product but their custom service is terrible. I got an email saying “delivered” & it was not delivered. And said “sometimes the site says delivered but isn’t deliver (makes NO sense) I checked in my mail box & it was in there. I live in Alberta & my hair oil was frozen solid. I’d also like to know how DHL, a courier company gets into our mail boxes?!

Ordered over a month ago

Ordered over a month ago, items still not delivered. No help whatsoever from customer service so now stuck out of pocket as they’re refusing to refund for items which have never arrived.

Do not order this product

I ordered this product and have not received it. I live in England and was eventually told that it was delivered to Scotland.

Since then customer service do not answer any emails, so effectively I ordered two products, £24, have not received them or a refund, that amounts to theft.

Avoid this company at all costs, there is really no guarantee you will receive the products.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I really like the products, but they didn't deliver my order after 3 weeks and made zero effort to correct the problem. They required me to continue checking in with them to verify that they package was not received, and didn't offer to rush a replacement order or give me a discount after waiting for 3 weeks. I cancelled the order, then had to call them back again to get my money refunded. Absurd.

Produktet lever bestemt ikke op til reklamen eller forventningen om en hårparfume.. holder Max 3 min og så er duften pist væk ( Tart cherry ).
Surt at betale 175kr og så er det så ubeskriveligt ringe kvalitet.. øv øv

Customer services is so bad

Customer services is so bad! My order was lost by Evri but Kitsch ignored my request for a refund and ask me to chase Evri myself. After numerous emails and threats of leaving a bad review they have finally refunded. Stay clear of this company.

This company is an absolute scam!!!

This company is an absolute scam!!!
No product was delivered and the money was taken out of my account and then they try and do it again! They send me an invoice for products that I have not ordered.
I am reporting this company to Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband (vzbv)!!!!!!!! And notifying my bank.

Bestellung nie erhalten

Bestellung nie erhalten, trotz mehrfacher Mails und Rückmeldung das sie es nochmal neu versenden. Mit Anwalt gedroht und direkt das Geld zurück bekommen.
Nicht empfehlenswert!

No. 1 costumer service

One of my products somehow opened itself when I received the package. I wrote to costumer service explaining and 5 minutes later a new one had been shipped! Amazing staff and company that really cares about their customers! Will be purchasing again!

Varerne er som altid fine

Varerne er som altid fine! Men ville faktisk kun give 4 ⭐️ pga man aner ikke hvornår pk kommer og ej heller en bekræftelse derpå! Handler fra Danmark Men har nu handlet her 3 gange og det varer ca 14 dage og så ligger pk ved ens hoveddør! Og som sagt er varerne som lovet

Ich habe die Bestellung nie erhalten

Ich habe die Bestellung nie erhalten. Seit Bestelldatum 18. März! ist die Sendung immer noch in der Sendeverfolgung in den Staaten. Keine Antwort auf meine Mails oder Anfragen. Ich hab bei Paypal jetzt einen Fall eröffnet und werde ggf. rechtliche Schritte unternehmen. Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Für mich ist das Scam und Betrug. Nie wieder.

Fantastic product and customer service

I recently ordered from Kitsch and upon receiving my package noticed I had received one incorrect product. These things happen. I emailed a picture of the incorrect product t with my receipt and within less than 5 minutes had a response to correct the error. I offered to send the incorrect product back. Within 10 minutes of my first email, the correct product had been shipped and I was told to keep the other as a gift. I would recommend on customer service alone, but when I used the product, I am in love. My hair has never felt so clean after just one use. I will be ordering again and trying other products.

Gerne immer wieder

Ich bin auf Kitsch aufmerksam geworden, als es mir vermehrt bei Facebook angezeigt wurde. Seit Jahren war ich auf der Suche nach einem Shampoo das mir bei meiner trockenen Kopfhaut hilft und Schuppen vermindert. Ich hab mich für das feste Shampoo mit Reiswasser entschieden. Das Versprechen, die Haare würden nach 5-6 Nutzungen stärker nachwachsen, kann ich selbst nach fast einem Jahr Nutzung nicht erkennen. Jedoch hat es meine Probleme behoben. Keine juckende Kopfhaut im Winter, keine Schuppen mehr und meine Haare glänzen sehr schön.
Leider habe ich keine andere Produkte bisher bestellt.

Eine Shampoo- Bar reicht mir locker 3 Monate aus, wenn ich fast täglich wasche.
Im Vergleich zu anderen festen Shampoos wie Foami fühlen sich die Haare nicht so schwer an und man merkt auch kein Produkt mehr in den Haaren, nach kurzem Auswaschen. Es schäumt auch im Vergleich zu anderen festen Shampoos ganz gut.

Der Preis für 18€ inkl Versand ist ziemlich teuer, aber es gibt immer wieder Rabatte, bei denen ich es für 13€ bekomme. Lieferzeiten nach Deutschland sind ca 3 Wochen.

Ich kann die Firma auf jeden Fall empfehlen, auch wenn ich zu Beginn skeptisch war.

Never again

Ordered a bunch of things on the 19th of November due to Black Friday. My order went to Netherlands instead of Slovakia (second time it’s happening), when I entered the shipping address correctly. It’s the 15th of December and I’m still waiting for the replacement order.
Their whole vibe is that they’re sending the replacement order as some courtesy when literally they seem to be having some tech issue that keeps sending orders to some odd address. And instead of making up for the issue and sending it with some express shipping, they sent it with the slowest method..the replacement order has been in the despatch town for 5 days straight: “processing”.
Beyond laughable. Awful experience over some random overhyped hair accessories.
