I'm only rating 4 at the moment, as I have only just sent off the order, but so far i cannot fault this young lady, she is so lovely, down to earth and super easy to talk to. The previews I have had to choose from were fab great choices. I think the prices are very happy so far.

Yet again we have received a class photograph taken in little groups and then stitched together on screen. It's very obvious, and poor quality. We wanted a lovely photograph for the final year of primary school.
Last year it was so bad the school asked for it to be re-done. The worst company I have ever seen used for school photos and we've had to put up with them for years

The worst company that you can imagine ! I order a set of pictures and they did not send them at school, every child has received only my son not.I call them and from 2 pictures wich the cost was 38,75£ one of them is hard one and other is virtually, which the cost is 21 £ for downloading into my account. This company is a garbage and they robbery you as a parent. SO SAID!!!!!
Very disappointed. After 3 weeks the pictures didn't arrived.

So-so photo quality, and outrageously overpriced. Previews are sufficiently tiny so that you can't understand that you are paying for a substandard photo. Such a shame that our school decided to use this provider.

By the way, this is the 'order' dedicated web site of the Kittle Photography - search for them on trustpilot to have a better idea who you are dealing with.

Can't even view the photos, let alone buy them! Voucher and codes on it are "not recognised" on their website. Useless.

Maybe I was just lucky, but my order arrived on time in excellent quality + gifts. "Very nice! High five!"

If I would give my 86 years old granny the cheapest camera, she could take better photos in the dark than this company. My kids look like ghosts. Completely ruined the school memories. Incompetent, unprofessional, scammers. The "photographer" sent to school has no clue about photography. Just horrible.

The most pathetic and petty company I have ever come across. Don't bother paying extra to get your pictures in a glass frame. You will receive a frame which I thought can be used to hang on my wall (like any frame a ever came across).

However, not with this frame, my complaint was answered telling me ' the frame is designed more for standing up than fixing to the wall'.

A refund was denied, instead the offered me to buy an additional frame for a 50% reduction.
