A lot of open questions

First off the menu is a white on white with a shadow backdrop, it’s almost illegible and amateurish. The content is overly simplistic and doesn’t actually lay out plans (it has one simple plan). I don’t feel that there is enough information in the content to build your own plan, it’s just an exercise encyclopedia. I am also surprised because he shows some interesting stretches on his instagram page but they aren’t in this set of info. Lastly, I would love for him to qualify some of his statements because they contradict other sources. For instance, he said it’s best to not stretch right after a workout and only do one set each but these are heavily contradicted by other experts.

You don't know what an "E-book" is? It's a book in digital format. A book is defined by white pages with text written in black. It's not a course. I'm sorry if you were thinking of buying another format, but it was actually written.

I share my opinion, which is personal and based on my own experience. But why buy my product if in the end you only trust the experts and aren't prepared to listen to me? Then it's up to you to make up your own mind. I just don't get it.

As a reminder, I'll continue to work on adding more information and exercises. I often discover new ones, so it's normal that there's not everything there yet. It's precisely the concept of this content that's evolutionary, and I need time and work to improve it as I go along.

Also, don't confuse flexibility skills with stretching exercises. They are not the same thing.

It's not just an encyclopedia, because I explain from my point of view how to do it: frequency, technical execution, how long to hold each stretch, breathing, and other aspects.

With a routine that is proposed and the most effective from my point of view overall to meet the expectations I receive the most: fast, complete, no equipment and results. That's exactly what I've been doing myself for several years, and it's really helped me progress.

The overall content will soon be greatly improved, whether in terms of comprehension, details, explanations, etc.

It’s informative and easy to…

It’s informative and easy to understand. However…It’s kinda Overprice with less than 30 pages content even with the discount. The video is just one minute long with no audio, and it’s just demonstration not a in-depth explanation tutorial. I mean with $22 (with discount) you better off just spending more time watch online tutorial…for free…

It was 2 stars before, I think I did misunderstand the Kivenro's E-book's purpose, and I was definitely hardheaded. I can't lie that the E-book was pretty in-depth and has great insights. Here is the five stars you deserve.

At no time is it mentioned on the sales page that there is audio, this is not my fault. Just like the number of pages that were already visible. There is no audio on the videos because there is text that accompanies, whether in the E-book or just in the video. I find it easier to follow.

It may only be 1 minute, but the demonstration is complete. All positions are sequenced so that the file is not too big. The rest is in pictures in the E-book, because not all the details require videos given their logic (example: extend the legs and not bend them, when would a video be necessary to illustrate?).

So the main problem is the price. This argument doesn't hold water, everything is available on the internet for free and everyone knows it. But you made the choice to buy it, so you don't have a problem with that. I don't force anyone to do it.

I bring my own experience and unique explanations that you will not find anywhere else. The deep explanations are however present. Many are the mental details that I bring. Those small details that can make a big difference.

This is an E-book, not a tutorial. You can't learn a skill just by understanding how it works and in just a week. I think you have misunderstood what it is.

Kevin brings a load of insights in a very professional and structured manner. The text and the visuals are very good. The only thing I would wish for is more guidance in selecting the appropriate set of exercises for oneself.

Les meilleures ebooks et plus..

Kivenro, en plus d’être un athlète accompli (cf Instagram) propose les ebooks les mieux travailler du milieu selon moi.
Ayant acheter quelques ebooks chez d’autres athlètes, lui nous donne des détails: que ce soit anatomique, du mindset et même technique.
Puis nous aide à construire des routines avec les exemples de chaque exercices photographier, décrit et filmé.
Et pour finir, envoyez lui un message sur Instagram, il vous répondra forcément. Peut importe votre besoin.
PS: il met aussi à jour son contenu (cf maj du programme de souplesse).

Précis et efficace

L'e-book flexibilité donne de très bonnes bases pour progresser en souplesse et pour le grand écart, il m'a permis d'être guidé dans mes exercices d'étirements et de les effectuer correctement, ainsi que d'en découvrir beaucoup que je ne connaissais pas. On reçoit bien un mail pour télécharger les nouvelles versions dès qu'elles sont disponibles. Les vidéos et explications sont claires et précises.

Excelentes programaciones

Compré dos programas: L-sit compress y flexibility. Son increíbles. Los E-Book están muy bien detallados y dan toda la información necesaria para aprender de estás habilidades. Y mejor aún con los videos, se hace mucho más fácil de entender. También he de agradecer que estén en 3 idiomas diferentes y, en mi caso que es en español, está muy bien redactado.

Totalmente recomendado.
