My favourite time of the month is payday so I can buy something from Kiwi&Co! One might say I have a shopping problem (whoops), but I’m absolutely OBSESSED with their cardigans!

I had a small issue with my recent order, but thankfully Emily sorted everything out for me so quickly! Thank you again Emily - you’re a real asset to your team ❤️

Really rate this company! I purchased a jumper from them and the wrong jumper was mistakenly sent. I contacted customer service and Emily sorted this straight away, sending me the correct item in the post on next day delivery service with an extra in there too as an apology. Great customer service and great clothing too - the jumper is gorgeous and such lovely quality. Thank you!

On Monday night I dmed them on insta to see if there was any chance they would be able to deliver the strawberry matcha cardigan by the weekend for my trip. Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure it did arrive in time (baring in mind it’s a 10 day preorder wait) but the cardigan is so gorgeous, high quality and cozy. The second time ordering and definitely won’t be the last THANK YOU QUEENS! <3

Updates Havent been able to get a response about an order I placed 22.2.26 for a mothers day present - was marked as a 10 day pre-order yet no updates or delivery time.
Received an update today and the company have been lovely, explained and replaced order xx

Their customer service is also 5* responding to my emails super promptly and professionally. The wrong item arrived and when I contacted them they rectified the problem straightaway. Would order again and again from Kiwi and co x

Absolutely love the cardigan once it was washed.
When it arrived, it absolutely stunk. Cant describe the smell, but dirty fish comes to mind.
Be prepared to know that you won't be able to wear it until its washed. 🙄

The cardigans are absolutely beautiful,the colours and quality is stunning, well worth the money. I've ordered the hugs cardigans, the faux fur coats , the teddy bears and jumpers, all have been beautiful. Ive recently started joining the lives , both Steph and lollie are brilliant, they are so engaging with everyone and really put a personal touch to your purchase, they offer advice and will show you any stock you wish to see.
I did have one minor issue where my parcel was delivered to the incorrect address, the customer service was excellent, they contacted me directly via telephone and email. I would highly recommend this business, their items match their team, all excellent!

Amazing brand! I brought the fluffy coat and needed to exchange for a bigger size and the customer service team were most helpful. The quality of the coat is wonderful feels very expensive.
I’m normally an XS/S and if you want to wear a jumper under the coat definitely go for a size M

I ordered a teddy bear as a gift. It arrived with 1 eye and the quality is very poor. It looks nothing like the photograph. I have always wanted to order one of the cardigans but unfortunately as this is my first order it has put me off. Also, charging £4 for a return of a faulty item is very poor.

My partner ordered me a lovely red scarf for Christmas - gorgeous colour and so cosy! Royal Mail decided to return to sender when we weren’t in at the time of delivery sadly but my partner contacted Kiwi and because we were local, someone really kindly personally delivered it ☺️ gorgeous scarf and great customer service.

There was a mix up with my order from Black Friday and I received someone else’s order. Kiwi and Co went over and above to rectify this for me. I received a complimentary cardigan of my choice and also received the expected item at a later date. They done everything they could to get it to me before Christmas as it was for a Christmas gift. Thanks again to Emily and Mel for all their help and truly amazing customer service.
