I purchased these lights a month ago and they have never arrived. Their tracking system is awful, it says my order was received, I have never been notified of delivery and now the order no longer exists. I have send them numerous emails and have yet to receive a reply. Beware of this seller.

Complete scam. Do not give this company your money. You will not receive any product.

This company is literally the worst. Unfortunately, the lights are beautiful and work well, if you ever get them. But the endless wait for shipping, the total lack of customer service, and the fact that the lights are relatively expensive make this a non-starter for me. They never answer emails, their stated shipping time is 1-3 days with 7-10 days in transit. They have never shipped in under a month, and this time I've been waiting for shipment for three weeks and I'm just going to charge it back on the credit card and be done with it. No choice, they won't answer any emails...
I have to learn this lesson. This is not the first Chinese company that advertises something cool on Facebook which might actually be a good product, but their shipping times are ridiculous, they lie about them, and you'll never get an answer if you try to contact.
Avoid this frustration. There are similar lights on Amazon for a lot cheaper. I wish it were different, the one shipment of lights I did finally receive I really enjoyed.

Really poor service, I ordered via their website and almost a month later, no delivery and despite several emails asking for an update, I got no reply so requested a chargeback via my credit card. Unfortunately as no contact from them there was no alternative.?

Over a month later, and I have not received my order. No response to my emails.

You get the product faster and get better client support even from Temu.
They answear mails after a week.
Over a week with no update about the paid product.
Making me loose a lot of time this people…

This company is a pure scam. Its website looks fancy - but in reality the quality of their products is extremely low and at a Temu-level. After some months half of the lamps I bought at Kiyagi stopped working properly. And notice that they only provide a 30 day guarantee - so basically they don't trust their products to work properly for more than 30 days!

Les produits semblent intéressants sur les photos. J'étais sur le point de passer commande. Mais j'ai alors remarqué les points suivants :
1. Un produit est une copie de la lampe Akari (Vitra)
2. Un produit est une copie d'une lampe d'Artemide
3. Promotion de printemps fin septembre sur le site web
4. Coordonnées : inexistantes
5. Dans les conditions contractuelles, une adresse à Dubaï, rédigée de manière négligée, on a même oublié de remplir ou de supprimer [INSERT BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER]
[INSERT VAT NUMBER]. Mais selon Trustpilot, l'entreprise serait basée aux États Unis.
6. Aucune information concernant les droits de douane.
J'ai donc rédigé un message pour avoir des précisions. Aucune réponse. Je ne dépenserais pas mon argent là-bas.

I ordered from Kiyagi Lights on 11 July with express delivery and only received the order over a month later. The box arrived damaged, packaging was poor, and the plugs provided are not compatible with Australian outlets, so the product can’t be used here. I’ve emailed multiple times requesting a refund (including the express fee) and have had no response. Very disappointing experience and customer service.
