KizunaProxy Made Buying from Japan Easy!

My experience with them was super quick…

My experience with them was super quick and easy, I ordered some kimono cookies from Kyoto through them and got them in about a week and a half! I recommend them and would order through them again in the future!

They Were Great

Kizuna Proxy was great. They helped me purchase several items that could only be obtained at an in-person event. Everything about the entire process was crystal clear and there weren't any issues.

Great Proxy

Kizuna Proxy was very communicative. I didn’t wait more than a day for a response. I got pictures of my items before they shipped. Once they shipped, they arrived quickly. Everything was secure and packed well.

Amazing experience with Kizunaproxy!

Seller had fantastic communication. I put in a request and they immediately reached out to me and let me know that they could help. Super patient and efficient. They followed through with me every step of the way, shipping was efficient, packaging was super secure. 10/10 would definitely use their services again!!

Amazing!!!

They both were really amazing and very communicative!! They were really honest with me about the shipping process and the options, which made things easier for me to choose! They gave me a rundown about their prices, calculated it, and gave me options about what to do! Overall, it was an amazing and quick experience! I got to see the collaboration through videos and videos of the products. Everything arrived well and in great condition! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Proxy for items in Japan!

I wanted some items from a limited time pop up inside Shibuya 109. They made the whole process so seamless, smooth and easy! It was my first time using a proxy service and it was great. Pricing was presented up front (and very reasonable!) They picked up the items the very next day and within a couple days they were packaged and shipped over to me! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for items from Japan!

Transparent & Efficient

I wanted a pair of earring that were only sold at the shop's offline store in Tokyo (although I wasn't certain if the product was in stock—just told them what I knew). They were very helpful, assisting with calling to check.

They were very transparent and efficient with their update. My earrings were packed within a container, and a box stuffed with paper so they're very well-protected. The delivery is relatively quick too, about a week from Japan to Malaysia. Will definitely use their services again!

AMAZING

I visited Japan and purchased some custom jeans from the Levi store. They said it would take a few days until I could pick it up but I had to fly back home before then. I reached out to Sam and they responded very quickly. They picked up my item and shipped it to me and it arrived within 3-4 days!

Japan to UK

I managed to buy the two clothes that I wanted from Japan and get them sent to the UK.

They were very polite and supportive. They emailed to the company (No ID) when the items had not arrived locally and after it arrived, they kindly checked if the clothes were in good condition (received pictures).

The international package was solid/robust, which made me appreciate the safety provided to my items.

Had a good experience and would recommend them.

The international delivery via EMS took 6 days, plus the local delivery that was somehow delayed. The entire processed took 15 days. Happy with the service received. :)

10/10 would recommend and repeat business

I'm extremely impressed with my proxy experience! I used their services to buy kpop photocards from a Japanese resale platform.

They immediately responded to my inquiry and kept great communication the whole time. They provided detailed instructions to guide me through the process and shared proof of purchase quickly after I sent payment for the goods. They demonstrated in their words & actions that they are trustworthy and that's important when you're handling overseas purchases.

Once my photocards arrived, they sent me photos to verify and check the condition of the items. They promptly packed up my order and I received it in less than a week!

When I opened the package, everything was packed beautifully and securely. If you know kpop photocards, it's essential to make sure they don't bend and they definitely knew how to properly protect the cards.

I value and appreciate excellent service and this was outstanding. Thank you!

Kizuna Proxy is an excellent proxy to use for those who are wanting to get things in Japan! I had a time sensitive web order due to in person in event for handcraft jewelry and they were extremely understanding and helpful in prioritizing to get the items that I wanted before it sold out. Not only that, they were very communicative throughout the entire process, transparent with their fees, fast shipping and they even packed and secured my jewelry in the shipping box to ensure no damage occur. I was so pleasantly surprise by the packing as they were extremely attentive and careful with it.
