My experience with Lunarcat has been excellent so far. Their prices are reasonable, and they reply and order items very quickly.

Used their services twice to purchase items that would only allow local payments. Their purchase time is quick compared to most proxies, not within minutes, but less than an hour from my experience which is honestly pretty great.

I am please with my experience in using Lunarcat. I put in an online auction order and they made their bid as directed. Once the item was shipped to their location, I was contacted to handle the shipping costs. Item arrived without issue. I will happily use them again!

Lunarcat really helped me in a difficult situation. I had ordered deliveries to another forwarding company, but they refused to send my package overseas because it contained food. I reached out to Lunarcat, and he explained exactly what I needed to do to get the package to the US.

He was very knowledgeable about the current state of import laws in the US and helped me with the paperwork to get my package through customs.

I highly recommend him and will be a returning customer. I feel excited about all the things I can order from Japan through him.

Gives detailed invoice and fast service once the order is processed. I've got my order all done and delivered in about 5 days. I would use their service again next time for sought out goods you can't get from other proxy services and personally I think they did it a lot better than similar services I used.
