Ordering was easy
Order was delivered quickly and colour and size was as ordered. Unfortunately one item didn’t suit me and was returned for a refund which was processed speedily.

Great Online Service
I ordered a size 14 jacket from Klass. It was easy to order online and the jacket was delivered promptly. The jacket was of great quality but sadly it was too large so I had to return it (I am between a size 12 and 14). The returns process was straight forward, following the instructions on line and the postage not expensive. I was able to track my package and Klass refunded me promplty on receipt of the jacket. I would not hesitate buying from Klass again.

Always like your klass clothes
Always like your klass clothes, I was disappointed when the blouse I ordered was too big, and I took it back to Gates garden centre , Hinckley, for an exchange. They said they did not change anything bought online. Your website said they would.
Gates were not helpful at all. I’ve had to sent it back to you by post.
