This is a great place to buy tools. One guy there, David, is super knowledgeable - goes "above and beyond." He makes very good suggestions, and doesn't come off as a "salesman" at all.

I stopped into KMS looking for a couple of items that I knew would be hard to find. An employee helped me find what I was looking for and it was exactly what I wanted, and at a good price. I always find what I need here and always get excellent service.

I have found KMS staff to be very helpful and personable. Both on the floor and at the checkout. I really would not go anywhere else to purchase tools.

My husband and I live close to and can now shop in the NEW Nanaimo store. What a treat!!
The store is bright and spacious and the selection of stock and the knowledgeable people in the store (who can really help) make it pleasant to go there.
