This is a great place to buy tools. One guy there, David, is super knowledgeable - goes "above and beyond." He makes very good suggestions, and doesn't come off as a "salesman" at all.

Lack of customer service
I went to KMS for warranty work on a Milwaukee tool I purchased from KMS. Somehow, all my information was missing from the computer. Ok, fine, how about a serial number search? Nope. I indicated the serial number on the tool indicated a manufacturing date of April 2021, and I purchased it August 2021. A two year warranty, puts me covered until August 2023. It's July 2023 now. No, but I could pay to have it repaired. The manager, who didn't introduce himself was scowling the whole time we talked, very unfriendly. He couldnt come up with a solution. I will never purchase another tool from KMS ever again, personally or professionally.
