I love their design esthetic and patterns. The quality of yarn is amazing for the price. However, my last order was missing three balls of yarn. Contacted customer service and they said they would resend but they did not. I get that in this era of scamming that they might be skeptical but at the end of the day, this was their error. I will not be ordering from them directly again.

The patterns are not well translated. Very hard to understand as they use terms that we don’t use in my language. Confusing.

I cannot recommend the patterns, they are very expensive and all one receives for more than 6 euros per pattern is a download! For that price I could have bought several pattern magazines with loads of different knitting patterns. Most knitters will make notes on patterns as they follow them, trying to do that on a mobile phone is not possible. The pattern instructions are also not easy to follow and are not written in the style one finds in pattern magazines. I had bought the wool and patterns for my mum as a gift, she knits a lot and follows patterns often. The wool seems nice but it's a shame that my request for a printed pattern was declined due to environmental consciousness..... More than 6 euros for a download!!!

If you are looking for good customer service, go elsewhere. I sent them an email 5 business days ago. Received no response.

Had an email to say order being prepared for shipping 12 days ago, then nothing further and no response to email. I wouldn’t risk it if I were you.

Super god butik. Hyggelig butik. 100% anbefaling. Vil helt sikkert anbefale alle at handle hos jer. Man kan købe online og gratis fragt på første ordre.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Asked them to change the adress on my package or cancel my order as I entered the wrong adress, as it says to contact them directly to cancel orders ect. and I got no response. Instead I got the comfirmation email that the items got shipped out. Almost a week has passed since and I still haven't received an answer even though their website states they will respond within 1-2 days. How can you charge this much for yarn and then have SHIT customer service??

Har købt 2 opskrifter på børnetøj og begge opskrifter har været fulde af fejl.
Beregningerne passer ikke og Formuleringerne kan til tider være kringlet.
Har flere gange måtte lave egne udregninger for at få et færdigt produkt ud af det.

Meget fin service og hjælpsomhed. Hurtig levering.

Har måske været uheldig. Har i dag været i jeres butik på Frederiksberg. Grundet, I har beregnet forkert antal nøgler garn til Dinotrøje str. 4 år. Manglede bare garn til ribkant på ærme. Ekspedienten sagde det havde hun hørt før, så de skulle have rettet opskriften. Jeg havde en forventning om at kunne få/købe et halvt eller bare et kvart nøgle. Men nej. Ikke nok med jeg skulle transportere mig ned til jeres butik, igen, jeg skulle også købe et helt nøgle garn, til fuld pris. Skuffende efter at have læst alle jeres anmeldelser på god service. Jeg har strukket mange af jeres modeller og havde også tænkt, at skulle købe garn til strik, til mig selv i dag.

Kontaktede kundeservice før køb med spørgsmål - fik en meget venlig og serviceminded hjælp. Bestilte varen - og modtog den dagen efter. Med i pakken var lagt en meget fin, lille ekstrating.
På alle måder en rigtig god oplevelse - det er ikke sidste gang, jeg handler der

Meget hurtig forsendelse. Fik tilsendt forkert farve garn, hvilket kan ske. Men det blev rettet og hurtigt sendt det rigtige. Så med det garn, jeg faktisk bestilte, er der kun gået 2 dage. Derfor de 5 stjerner.

I particularly appreciated their extensive selection of sustainable yarns, which made it easy to create beautiful pieces while being environmentally conscious.

I attended one of their workshops on advanced knitting techniques, and it was an absolute game-changer! The instructor was patient and encouraging, and I left with newfound skills and a beautiful cowl that I’m proud to show off. The community aspect is just as impressive; I met several fellow knitters and even joined a weekly knitting circle that has since become one of my favorite activities.

Very poorly written patterns, if you didn’t know what you were doing you’d have no chance of completing the pattern I bought.
I wouldn’t buy another pattern from this company.
There’s a lot of irrelevant nonsense included in the pattern which is nothing more than confusing.
