Erreur dans l’adresse de livraison du point relais. Le colis a été déposé à environ 70 min aller-retour de mon domicile. Malgré les preuves et screenshots, l’entreprise ne veut rien savoir. Soit je me débrouille et je récupère le colis, soit il est retourné et je perds 10€ pour compenser les frais de retours. Très mauvaise entreprise et très mauvais SAV. Je ne recommande pas.

Delivery took over 10 days, when the website was saying it would be delivered I. 2-3 days.

Schlechte Qualität, schlechter Service, keine Verantwortung….das nennt man Greenwashing mit Fast Fashion Produkten!!!
Ich habe mir Underwear und ein Sweatshirt der Marke KnowledgeCottonApperal gekauft, weil ich Wert darauf lege, dass meine Kleidung nachhaltig und ressourcenschonend ist. Zur Nachhaltigkeit gehört für mich auch, dass die Artikel langlebig sind. Die Sachen der Marke sehen neu gut aus. Nach nur weniger Zeit war der Stoff der Boxershorts durch gescheuert und hatte Löcher. Das Sweatshirt hatte ebenfalls nach nur kurzer Zeit und wenigem Tragen durchgescheuerte Stellen mit deutlichen Löchern an der Stoffoberfläche.
Als ich das Sweatshirt dann reklamiert habe, hat mir der Service freundlich mitgeteilt, dass Sie nichts für mich tun können, weil ich das Sweatshirt nicht in ihrem Online Shop gekauft hätte. Auf meine Antwort, dass ich das so nicht akzeptieren möchte und wenigstens einen Reparaturservice wünsche, wurde Seitens KnowledgeCottonApperal einfach nicht mehr geantwortet.
Das ist echt schlecht! Und so ein Label gehört aus jedem Shop verbannt, der nachhaltige Klamotten verkaufen möchte. Für mich ist das Greenwashing der obersten Stufe.
Nachhaltig heißt vor allem, dass die Qualität auch entsprechend ist, sodass man sich nicht ständig neue Sachen kaufen muss, wie bei Fast Fashion Produkten!!!
Und wenn man dann als Unternehmen nicht zu seinen Qualitätsmängeln steht, dann sind die Probleme wohl bekannt und offensichtlich zu teuer, um kundenfreundlich gelöst zu werden.
Sie können sich mal bei Ihrer Konkurrenz ein Vorbild nehmen. Ich habe neulich beim Label „Kings of Indigo“ für eine Reklamation ein komplett neues Produkt erhalten und das Unternehmen hat mir auch noch die Reparatur für das defekte Teil bezahlt….und das alles obwohl ich keine Rechnung mehr hatte und es auch nicht in deren Onlineshop gekauft habe. So sieht Verantwortung aus!!!!

Mangelhafte Qualität
Habe zweimal einen Satz T-Shirts bestellt, die waren beide Male nach einem guten Jahr ziemlich zerfetzt. Ich besitze auch billige in Bangladesch produzierte und in China gekaufte T-Shirts, die sind zwar etwas ausgeblichen, aber nach knapp 10 Jahren immer noch tragbar. Ich behandle alle T-Shirts gleich.
Wäre schön, wenn die Kleidung nicht nur Fairtrade & Bio wäre, sondern auch ein paar Jahre halten würde

J'ai acheté la chemise Big checked heavy flannel overshirt en couleur noir marron, à moins 50%, soit une belle affaire au prix de 65 euros, la chemise, épaisse, chaude, est vraiment superbe, élégante. Pour la taille, j'ai pris du L, je mesure 1m85 pour 85 kg, à noter que le service client répond très vite aux questions.

Dårlig service
Køber nok aldrig her igen, selvom jeg godt kan lide jeres koncept. Jeres kvalitet er simpelhen for dårlig ift. jeres priser. Tøjet krymper helt vild og føltes rug når man har det på. Jeres AI kundeservice er et kapitel for sig selv. Ville det være en ide at ansætte et hamster i stedet?

Excellent customer service!
I initially had some sizing issues with my order - the items ran smaller than expected based on the size guide. However, I was really impressed by how quickly and helpfully the customer service team responded when I reached out. They were understanding and made the process completely stress-free.
I've now ordered the correct sizes and I'm excited to receive them! While the sizing hiccup was disappointing at first, the excellent customer care has actually left me with a very positive impression of the brand. Looking forward to trying my new KnowledgeCotton pieces!

Ich habe einen Parka gekauft, in dem glauben, dass er nachhaltig in Europa hergestellt wird. Erst nach gründlicher Untersuchung habe ich ein sehr kleines Label mit „Made in China“ entdeckt. Generell wird bei KnowledgeCotton bemängelt, dass die Produktionsstandorte und Lieferketten verdeckt werden. Besonders hinter Ökolabel-Marketing. Für mich ist KnowledgeCotton im Kern nicht vertrauenswürdig und daher nicht nachhaltig. Der Parka ist mein erstes und letzes Produkt dieser Marke
