I was very impressed with the service and the product I received. I ordered the Juno desk and it looks great and works well. I also wanted a VAT receipt so reached out to the company, who were polite, professional and helpful in getting me what I needed.

Koble were fantastic
Koble were fantastic. I bought a lamp with wireless music player for a Christmas pressie. Unfortunately it wasn’t loud enough and needed to send back. It was a bit after xmas and cuckoo got in touch with them. They were very understanding and organised for it to be returned and got in touch with a lovely letter advising me how to do this free of charge. All in all very happy and would use them again. Were very helpful and very kind. Thank you

I love the lamps and have to say the…
I love the lamps and have to say the service was exceptional. We had two faulty lamps delivered, disappointing but it happens. The service we received to rectify the problem was quick, efficient, helpful and truthful. I have bought a few things from Koble (Sideboard with Bluetooth I love) and will continue to do so. Fantastic looking lamp
Fantastic looking lamp. Very bright and love the multiple brightness settings. The charging base works week, although not with the Apple Watch. Safely packaged and we're very happy with it.

Fantastic Smart Desk ideal for home working
The smart desk is amazing. Great sound on speakers and wireless charging great feature and love using white board pens to make notes and wipe off. This is the ultimate home working desk. Koble have been great with delivery and service. Highly recommend.

My home Office is fantastic now!!!
I got a rise and fall desk and is absolutely fabulous!!. Such a great desk, well made and fantastic quality. I just couldn't do without this desk now. I had the delivery guys assemble and set up in the room of my choice. I just cant fault anything about this product and the service I got from this company.

Good quality
Good quality, delivered on time and easy to assemble. Dimension over headboard width would have been useful but managed to reconfigure our existing fitted bedroom furniture to fit.

Disappointing
I saw the zain smart table in DFS and thought it looked and sounded great. However the walnut colour doesnt go in my house so after going on the Koble website decided to buy the white riva instead assuming it would be as good.
The good is that the side table looks great however you get what you pay for in relation to the rest which is a problem given that i bought it for the smart features. The main issues are:
1. The quality of the speakers is not great. To be honest I get better sound out of my portable JBL speaker which is shaped like a can but a little taller. The louder you set the speakers the worse the sound becomes. I also assumed that the sound would be 360 but actually the sound comes out of the front two corners only.
2. The wireless charging is a great idea but its badly designed. I own an iphone 12. You have to place it absolutely perfectly on top of the lighting sign. If you dont it doesnt pick it up. I tried with and without the case on my phone. Made no difference. Eventually worked out that the trick is to place the phone perfectly centre with the lighitng sign and then slightly move it until it picks it up.
3. This one is minor but the voice telling you the phone is connected to the table is not great. I find the tone quite annoying but as i say that's a minor gripe.
I would have returned it but as i said, for £117 (was on sale), I think the issue is that my expectations were too high. Having said that I would not buy it again.
My advice would be to go with the Zain rather than the Riva.

I have however noted your feedback on the product. We would ordinarily offer you an exchange for the difference between the Riva and Zain, but in this case as you do not like the colour option on the Zain that offer wouldn't be helpful to you.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered a wireless charging lamp as a Christmas gift for my father (I already have one and he spotted it on my desk and thought it looked fab!). The day after ordering it (I had placed the order at 10pm) the item went into the sale. I contacted the customer services team and explained that I’d missed the sale price by a matter of a couple of hours and they immediately offered to refund the difference in price. The person I spoke to was really friendly and it seemed to be no bother. A great company which sells really great products!
