My son sent me a link to Koisea website to a jacket he wanted for Christmas. I really did not want to order from a non UK company but he was insistant . The jacket was delivered by Fedex in about a week the box looked very small I ordered a medium he is 5 9 well built 19 year old and its about right I would recommend going 1 to 2 sizes up for UK males but overall he is very happy with the jacket and it feels quality and very distinctive style !!

Ordered several jackets and sweaters/hoodies on 11/28/2025. Order arrived on 12/3/2025 and everything was perfect! Clothes are amazing quality, but are asian sizes so order two sizes up.

Items ordered arrived faster than expected and seem to be of decent quality. They fit as advertised, the embroidery appears real and looks nice, and they're lined with nice soft satiny-feeling material. They're warmer than they seemed like they would be for their weight. Not really snow coats, but perfect for autumn and spring. Also got some hoodies and was just as pleased with them. The jackets will even go on over the hoodies for extra layering, which adds a lot of warmth. I see other people saying it's a scam and the items are cheap or poorly made but so far ours don't seem to meet that description. They even say on the site that sizes run small, but an XL jacket fits my six foot tall roommate fine, so they don't seem that small. The pockets are a little small for his big hands, but the jacket itself fits well. Maybe they've improved their products? Maybe we just got lucky? Maybe they're going to fall apart suddenly in a few months? No idea. Will update this review if that happens. But so far so good. They look good and feel nice to wear. I mean yeah it's pretty obvious they're buying jackets and hoodies and stuff and then embroidering them, but the clothes themselves don't seem nearly as low quality as a lot of people are saying. They seem pretty decent honestly. And the embroidery looks really nice and seems pretty solidly done. So I'm honestly content with what I got for what I spent. If any huge disasters happen I'll edit but so far this was a good experience.

Shipping is a scam. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5 days) but after it hasn't arrived in a week, I contacted them and the only reply was: "do you want to cancel"? WORST customer service ever.

Jacket came in 3 days from Hong Kong to Finland. It's awesome. 5/5. I'm going to order a couple of jackets next time. Legit company.

Is a drop shipping site, this stuff is the same as any cheap Chinese mass produced low quality garbage you can get from Temu and Ali express. Only difference is that this site sells it for a +$100 upcharge.
If you see something you like I can guarantee you can find it for a 5th the price somewhere else. Please do not buy from them and always be careful about scams like this when buying online.

Items arrived defective, one sleeve longer than the other, sleeves shorter than website measurement and stitching doesn't align. Yet they expect you to ship it back at your expense, to China, it costs $40 - $50 to ship back. Then they stop communicating all together.

What an incredible jacket and the service matched the product. I bought this beautiful jacket that I had been dying to buy for over a year. There are so many imitations out there, but these are the real deal.
Words cannot express how stunning the design is and just how happy I am with mine. I ordered from the UK on Monday night and Thursday my order arrived by Fed Ex early morning.
Size wise I ordered a Medium which I was a bit worried about as I am often a large in the UK having a bigger chest (I often have to buy a 14 if that helps 😂) but this was spot on and if I had gone large I think it would've been too big on the shoulders or length as I'm only 5"4.
I will definitely be returning to this store. If you're contemplating one of these jackets then I'd say go for it. I am totally in love with it.

Really nice embroidery but build quality is 4/10 frays a lot. Threads come loose and generally just very delicate. Good for summer but since they skimp on materials there's no inside liner so there's no insulating value. Tldr; looks cool not worth the exorbitant price tag. There's no way the sewn design costs 150+ in labour. Buy from another company. Would have a higher rating if they didn't delete critical or negative comments on their instagram

Wonderful stuff! I really love it! My daughter as well!! Light, soft on touch. Embroidery perfectly done. Only one thing, order 1 size larger, if you're European. I did :) Thank You also for immensely swift delivery (though it was just standard, it came afterc3 working days) will surely buy again!

Terrible experience. Purchased a sweatshirt and there sizes run small. Contacted the company for an exchange and stated I had to pay the shipping to return the product. Went to my local postal annex and said it would cost $60.00 via usps, which he stated was the cheapest method. Are you serious?! Horrible customer service!

Item arrived super fast even on Christmas week. The jacket all look like in the picture. Material is good however it must be handwash for those bomber jacket.

i ordered many times on there site , the quality is the best like really the detail and work put in by hand or machine it does not matter it takes a very long time to make such a nice finish clothes , i'm very happy with my clothes and will 100% buy more in the future thankyou much small company but best quality for 100% sure <3 - Maick no to forgot if i could give 6 stars i would !
