I'm retired and I could not keep up with all the new scams/shortcut keystrokes/Tec knowledge/and tips. Kim is my best go-to for information and she keeps me smart and safe. Plus her newsletter has some good chuckles too.

Kim is my tech guru. Has been for years. Keeps me aware of important developments and up to date on all things technology.

Kim has helped me with many issues over the years. She gives great advice, and explains things in a way that everyone can understand. I save her informative newsletters for future problems that might pop up that she has covered in past issues.

Very timely and helpful information and "tips" - sometimes difficult for non-tech people to follow. However, they're there and she's always willing to hold your hand. Pretty good puns, too!

I love these emails. They are not only entertaining but, also informative. I read at least one tip out loud to my wife every day. We both get value out of this.

Kim’s newsletter is full of helpful advice and warnings of scams and also the latest up to date tech information that is presented in a clear manner. I have used some of the advice to set up protections.

With daily updates there is always a nugget of information to benefit tech life. Some are like how did I not know this. Great information.

I find a useful tip, idea, or warning every time I read Kim's daily newsletter. Often one of two pieces of information from her are repeated in our community's internal forum. I have learned so much more from her than any other "guru".
