I have been getting Kim's newsletter for a few years now. I'm not a tech genius, but I'm not a tech idiot either. There's always something helpful or interesting in her newsletter. My husband got the blue screen of death on his PC after a Windows update and her information helped him fix it. I read her newsletter every day and often forward it to friends.

I use Kim Komando for updates on my cell phone and computer. And I enjoy her sometimes funny jokes
