Customer service via email was very…
Customer service via email was very poor. My parcel was marked as delivered but never arrived. When I contacted Komodo Sports to query this, I was given abrupt replies and no offer of further assistance. The parcel company was just as bad. I ended up giving up as no one seemed to be willing to provide any assistance.

Exceptional Service.
I made a purchase from Komodo but in doing so I made a mistake and ordered twice. I contacted the Company and had a very helpful conversation with a member of staff who sorted out everything. Product good. Price Right. Service exceptional.

The preacher bench is well made and finished nicely. Delivery was very quick also. One slight criticism - i feel the seat would benefit from a wider support to add stability.

Bicycle parts; superb price/excellent delivery times
Bicycle parts, half the price of suppliers I'd normally use. Delivered FOC within 40 Hr's, delivery firm providing notice via email and/or delivery options. The parts themselves (Mudguards) are heavy duty/unbranded quality. Very pleased
