KOOLAZ Opiniões

Bought the item as a Birthday gift. Easy to purchase and have delivered directly to my daughter's friend. Product as described, packed well and received exactly as promised. Also had a lollipop enclosed, nice little unexpected touch. Communication throughout spot on. Thank you.

Second time purchasing from Koolaz, and no complaints. Excellent prices, fast delivery and well packaged (cheers for the bonus lollipop too!!) Would recommend and use again.

I ordered a sought after pop vinyl figure, the Koolaz site showed the item was in stock. I placed my order only to find the following day an email had come through saying the item was out of stock and I had been refunded. Disappointed to say the least. On the plus side, the refund was quick.

Brilliant service, arrived quickly and well packed, especially like the little touch of a chubba lolly in box! Would highly recommend this company.
